This3 bedroom lowset unit offers a relaxing and very comfortable holiday. It has a very spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area with a sliding door access out to the rear private courtyard.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, large wardrobes and has a second entry into the family bathroom.

The bathroom is a generous size and provides separate shower and bath, vanity & loo, it is a two way bath accessible from the main bedroom, and the hallway. Both bedrooms 2 & 3 provide2 single beds each and wardrobes.

This property is also ideal for the golfer as it is only 900m from the golf course and tennis courts, and walking alongRiverStreet a little further you will findYamba Bowling Club.

The sands of Pippi Beach are less than 500m away, or choose from any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba -Lovers Point, Convent Beach, Main Beach, Turners and Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky's Beach & Back Beach. Or choose from fishing and water sports in the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Park the car and walk to the gift stores, boutiques, grocerystores or cafes, bars and restaurantsin Yamba's Main Street, less than 1.2km away, or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is also located just above the main street in Yamba. It is all so close. If you don't feel like walking, there's always the courtesy buses, which are run by both clubs, plus the Yamba Shores Tavern if you feel like a meal and a drink on the river.

Yamba's largest shopping centre, Yamba Shopping Fair is located on the way into town on Yamba Road, approximately 4.3kms away, or 10 mins drive. This facility includes a Coles, Target Country, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside this complex in Treelands Drive, arecafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.

Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 20 minute drive away from Yamba, and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes. Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka's main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club,Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fishermans Co-op.

Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are within an hour's drive, both with airports, largershopping facilities.

    Reference you must put your surname and the property name as reference otherwise we will not be able to track your payment, and you could lose your booking.


    Visa or Mastercard, however if you pay by this method, a credit card handling fee of 2% of the amount paid will be charged on top, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) require you to provide us with a photocopy of your credit card and drivers licence for security reasons.

    Cash payments can be accepted, over the counter at the PRDnationwide Yamba or Iluka offices, however payments must still be made by due dates indicated, and prior to occupancy.

    A $500 - $1000 security deposit is applicable on all lettings. If credit card details cannot be supplied a CASH security depositis payable. Any refund of security deposit will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date.
