Indigo Terrace is a stylish apartment located on Clarence Street, directly across the road from Flinders Park, Yamba's Main Beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the famous Pacific Hotel!

This property is extremely spacious with the first floor hosting bedrooms, family bathroom and laundry, along with a large family rumpus room which sleeps 2 on a futon andis fantastic for the kids to watch movies while the parents have a quiet moment upstairs. The rumpus room has a sliding door access to a balcony with ocean views. Even the master bedroom has a huge glass windows with wonderful views of the ocean!

Climb the timber stairs and literally say "wow" as you enter the impressively large open plan kitchen/dining and living space with cathedral ceilings, large windows to capture the ocean breeze and a sliding door access to your own private balcony with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean! A 2nd toilet is available for easy entertaining upstairs.

Situated right opposite Flinders Park, just beyond that is Main Beach with it's famous Ocean Rock Pool,or choose from any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba - Convent Beach, Pippi Beach, Lovers Point, Turners and Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky's Beach & Back Beach. Or choose from fishing and water sports in the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Park the car and walk to the gift stores, boutiques, grocerystores or cafes, bars and restaurants in Yamba's Main Street, less than 500m away, or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is also located just above the main street in Yamba. It is all so close. If you don't feel like walking, there's always the courtesy buses, which are run by both clubs, plus the Yamba Shores Tavern if you feel like a meal and a drink on the river.

Yamba's largest shopping centre, Yamba Shopping Fair is located on the way into town on Yamba Road, approximately 4.1kms away, or 9 mins drive. This facility includes a Coles, Target Country, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside this complex in Treelands Drive, are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.

Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 20 minute drive away from Yamba, and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes. Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka's main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club,Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fishermans Co-op.

Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are within an hour's drive, both with airports, largershopping facilities.

    Cash payments can be accepted, over the counter at the Yamba Iluka Real Estate office, however payments must still be made by due dates indicated, and prior to occupancy.
    Occupation of premises is allowed after 2 p.m., but should you arrive earlier and accommodation is cleaned and ready, you are welcome to occupy same. If arrival date has been delayed please advise. Due to the high demand for bookings in our area, re-bookings must be made prior to departure, with a $200 deposit put in place. Holiday properties must be vacated and keys returned to the office by 10.00am sharp on the day of departure to allow cleaning to proceed for the incoming tenant. Failure to vacate at the required time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation.
    All other holiday bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid on booking, with payment in full to be made the week prior to your arrival date. Paperwork must be presented when collecting keys. Receipts issued for payment of booking and rental fees by cheque are issued subject to clearance. PLEASE NOTE We accept cheque, cash, credit cards or EFTPOS to pay your account.
    PLEASE NOTE LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED in our properties, excepting Allawah, Bay-View Apartment, Beach Pad, Beachwood, Bella Vista, Belvedere 2, Bluefish, Cashel, Craigmore 18, Lighthouse 2, Lonerock, Loyola Riverview, Pacific Gem, Phoenix Tce 3, Suncrest 2 & 4, Watermark 4 & 5 & Funky Shack in Iluka (Bed linen only). Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, bathmats etc. We also suggest extra thirsty towels for your beach and picnic days.     Christmas / Summer Holiday bookings:
    If you cancel your accommodation not less than 4 months prior to your arrival date, your booking deposit will be refunded less $110 cancellation fee & $45 booking fee. If cancelled within 4 months of your arrival date and we are able to re-let the property for the full term of your booking your deposit will be refunded less $110 cancellation fee & $45 booking fee.
