Newly renovated A/con'd 4 BR and 2 bathroom holiday home with spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area & undercover deck with BBQ & outdoor setting. 3 x Queen, 1 set of bunks plus a trundle bed. Linen supplied FOC with bookings of 3 nights or more. Located close to main shops and the Portsea Ocean Beach.

Frimmell Way has just undergone a thorough renovation and is ready for holiday makers to enjoy all the great features that the house has to offer.

The sleeping arrangements are set up with four bedrooms that are configured with 3 x queen beds, a set of bunks and a trundle bed. Linen will be supplied, free of charge, for bookings of three nights or more. With bookings of less than three nights, guests will need to bring their own sheets, pillow cases and towels, alternatively, linen can be supplied and beds made at an additional cost ($28 per queen and $18 per single - towels included in this rate).

The lounge room is set up perfectly to relax with two couches, a TV, DVD player, a large R/C air conditioner and board games.

Alongside the lounge is the spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern necessities including a dishwasher, microwave, oven/cook-top, large fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. The dining table seats eight people comfortably, there is also a breakfast bar with bar stools and a highchair available.

The main bathroom has a shower, bath and a vanity, with the main toilet located separately with a vanity also. The second bathroom (ensuite), adjoins the master bedroom and has a shower, toilet and vanity.

Laundry facilities available in the style of a European Laundry including a built in utility basin that doubles nicely as a baby bath.

The back door opens onto a large deck with an outdoor setting for eight and a BBQ, and is readily accessible from the kitchen. Off the deck is a beautifully maintained lawn area, perfect for children to play, with large double gates that lock and secure back yard.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the year, 4 nights at Easter and 7 nights during the Christmas Holidays.
