BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 6 people)

Doonas and pillows are supplied. Your will need to provide your own sheets and towels or contact Bright Holidays to arrange hire.
KITCHEN & DINING
You will find electric cooking, a refrigerator, a microwave and kitchen cupboards well-stocked with cutlery, crockery and cookware. The dining table seats 6.
There is no need to pack the gadget charger, just bring your cable, plug it in to the USB power point located in the kitchen and charge your phone, iPad or camera.
With lounge seating for 5, TV andDVD player you will be more than comfortable in the open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the lounge area keeps the cottage cool in Summer and warm in Winter.
The bathroom has a shower, vanity, electric column heater & clothes airer. The toilet is separate.
A quiet location with a large leafy front and backyard and within walking distance to Pioneer Park and the river. The cottage features a generous back deck with 6 burner gas BBQ and outdoor dining set. A firepit in the front yard is a great place to gather and toast marshmallows.You can access Morses creek and the surrounding bike paths from the rear of the property.
Pets are welcome but please note that the property is not fenced.
To ensure that Bright Holidays can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, please pick up after your pets.
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron.
Off-street parking and a carport complete this holiday property.

Please note: Each booking may attract additional fees which are not included in the above rates. Pricing displayed is purely indicative, and nightly pricing displayed is for stays of 7 days or more. For stays under 7 days, minimum stay loading and other conditions may affect the nightly rate. Please select dates and Continue Booking to obtain an accurate price. All bookings incur a $30.00 Non-refundable Administration Booking Fee. This is included in the quoted tariff price. All two night bookings require payment in full while all three or more night bookings require 50% of the tariff to be paid in order to confirm the booking. The deposit and administration booking fee is payable within 48 hours from the date you make the booking. Please note: The administration booking fee of $30 is non-refundable if this booking is cancelled. A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests your name, address, and credit card details. This will be used to secure a booking bond of $400.00 to be used in the event of damage to the property. No monies will be taken from your credit card unless there are damages incurred, the money will however be held on your card by your bank for a period of approximately 5 days (This is dependant on which bank). If credit card details cannot be supplied a $400.00 CASH security bond is payable. Any refund of bond will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date provided there are no damages.
