KITCHEN & DINING
No need for just one cook in this kitchen! A great size kitchen with plenty of bench space and the essential holiday appliance, a dishwasher. With the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, this is a great house for the family to congregate. The dining table seats 12 people comfortably and the kitchen is well equipped with electric and gas cooking, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
A large "L" shaped lounge with bean bags is a great place to gather and chat or chill out whilst watching Netflix on the large wall mounted TV. The lounge also features a beautiful gas fire to warm yourselves by in the chilly winter months.
HEATING & COOLING
Heating: Gas fire in the living room, panel heaters in bedrooms 1 & 2 and cassette heating/cooling located near the kitchen.
Cooling: Cassette heating/cooling located near the kitchen and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Ensuite: Shower, toilet and vanity
Main Bathroom: Shower, full size bath and vanity.The toilet is separate.
Featuring an in-ground pool and fantastic undercover entertaining area with gas BBQ, many memories will be created in this awesome fully enclosed back yard.
Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. The back yard is fully enclosed with high fencing.

Please note: Each booking may attract additional fees which are not included in the above rates. Pricing displayed is purely indicative, and nightly pricing displayed is for stays of 7 days or more. For stays under 7 days, minimum stay loading and other conditions may affect the nightly rate. Please select dates and Continue Booking to obtain an accurate price. All bookings incur a $30.00 Non-refundable Administration Booking Fee. This is included in the quoted tariff price. All two night bookings require payment in full while all three or more night bookings require 50% of the tariff to be paid in order to confirm the booking. The deposit and administration booking fee is payable within 48 hours from the date you make the booking. Please note: The administration booking fee of $30 is non-refundable if this booking is cancelled. A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests your name, address, and credit card details. This will be used to secure a booking bond of $400.00 to be used in the event of damage to the property. No monies will be taken from your credit card unless there are damages incurred, the money will however be held on your card by your bank for a period of approximately 5 days (This is dependant on which bank). If credit card details cannot be supplied a $400.00 CASH security bond is payable. Any refund of bond will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date provided there are no damages.
