Get away to this comfortable affordable holiday townhouse close to town, walking/bike tracks, the parks and river with a lockable single garage for storage. All four bedrooms are located upstairs and the kitchen/dining/living area downstairs.

All bedrooms are upstairs and have pillows and doonas however no other linen is provided. You are welcome to bring your own or call Bright Holidays to arrange linen hire for you.
KITCHEN & DINING
You will no doubt enjoy the spacious kitchen and dining area with electric cooking, fridge and microwave provided. The large dining table can comfortably seat 8 guests and directly accesses the outdoor area for al fresco dining.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The dining room flows seamlessly to the large lounge with ample seating for all guests and a TV & DVD player.
HEATING & COOLING
There is a large reverse cycle heating/cooling unit in the dining room which services the entire downstairs area and with the addition of evaporative cooling you are sure to be comfortable all year round.
The main bathroom features a spa bath, shower vanity and toilet. The second upstairs bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. The addition of a downstairs powder room with toilet and vanity is a welcome bonus.
A small private courtyard can be accessed from the dining area which leads on to a fully fenced grassed area. An outdoor setting for 6 and a gas BBQ means you can enjoy the outdoors before retiring inside.
Valley Lodge has a strict NO PET policy.
The laundry is complete with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a clothesline behind the single garage.
There is a single lock up garage perfect for storing bikes and off street parking for an additional 2 vehicles.

Please note: Each booking may attract additional fees which are not included in the above rates. Pricing displayed is purely indicative, and nightly pricing displayed is for stays of 7 days or more. For stays under 7 days, minimum stay loading and other conditions may affect the nightly rate. Please select dates and Continue Booking to obtain an accurate price. All bookings incur a $30.00 Non-refundable Administration Booking Fee. This is included in the quoted tariff price. All two night bookings require payment in full while all three or more night bookings require 50% of the tariff to be paid in order to confirm the booking. The deposit and administration booking fee is payable within 48 hours from the date you make the booking. Please note: The administration booking fee of $30 is non-refundable if this booking is cancelled. A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests your name, address, and credit card details. This will be used to secure a booking bond of $400.00 to be used in the event of damage to the property. No monies will be taken from your credit card unless there are damages incurred, the money will however be held on your card by your bank for a period of approximately 5 days (This is dependant on which bank). If credit card details cannot be supplied a $400.00 CASH security bond is payable. Any refund of bond will be returned by cheque within 14 working days of your departure date provided there are no damages.
