About Owner/Property Manager
I'm born and raised in Edmond, OK but spent most of my weekends with my family at Lake Texoma. I purchased this property so I could continue that tradition with my own children.
Owner/Property Manager purchased this Mobile Home in 2013
Why Owner/Property Manager chose Kingston
I like the privacy of the location of this property. The 3 acres and being bordered by Corp of Engineers land isn't something you can get with most properties.
What makes this Mobile Home unique
The property is centrally located and pretty secluded but with quick access to multiple boat docks & Marina's.

Great place at Lake Texoma
We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay at lake Texoma and found this place. It was perfect. Close to out dock, clean check in was awesome! Would recommend!
Easy trip down to the lake and close to downtown Durant. Great little place to stay.
Perfect Kingston Property
We enjoyed this property so much. Accessing the key was easy, the minute we walked in the door, it felt like home. The home was nice and cool when we arrived and very clean. We had used all 5 beds (including sleeper sofa) and everyone rested well. The property was large and called for relaxation. We were close to both Alberta Creek marina and Catfish Bay (Which is where we met our amazing striper fishing guide at Crosswinds Guide service) we would definitely stay again in the future. Large family or small... it’s perfect.
Carrie’s place was perfect for our foursome group to stay and fish at Lake Texoma.
Our guide was near Catfish Bay Marina which was about 5 minutes away.
I would definitely recommend to stay here for your next fishing adventure.
Very comfy and peaceful. Nice accommodations and all the comforts of home.
The only improvement I could recommend would be to install full size/ chair high toilets.
The old style small ones can be difficult for old folks.
Everywhere I stay , I make the same suggestion.
The sweet sound of silence
We stayed for a father & son weekend topped off with a guided fishing trip at Alberta Creek Marina, and this place was close enough to be convenient, but far enough away that we could enjoy our family time in peace and quiet. The kitchen big and well equipped to really use, not just look nice. We also used fire pit. The place is not the Ritz, but it isn't supposed to be. Had a great stay.
