One terrace facing the mountain with barbecue and beside the kitchen with table and chairs for 6 persons, another table for 6 persons on the roof garden with sea view. Those two dining areas permit sunny or shadowed diner times. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials for preparing inviting dining for intimate occasions or larger gatherings. The reversible air conditioning is in the bedroom only, but sea breeze freshen the apartment. The office desk area provides electrical and telephone outlets. We do not provide a computer but the availability of the electrical and telephone hookups in the office area allow easy access to the internet with your own computer. Guests must coordinate linen rentals with the Pisani agency. Private car park : L.2,48 m x H 2,00 m x P 6,00 m

Situated at the top floor, the apartment offers a panoramic view on the sea and the mountain.

A large living room opened on two terraces with american kitchen. The bedroom with queen size bed opened on a terrace on sea side The bathroom has separate toilets. An office has WiFi hobs. A wide terrace with sun beds makes the tour of the apartment with a stunning view on the sea, on the village and on the mountain. So you can have your breakfast on the sea, your lunch on the village and your dinner on the mountain !

The apartment was completely renovated and very well maintained and has all the equipment that you would need: dishwasher, washing machine, two TV with video reader. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials for preparing dining

Ideally located in the center of the village with every day provence market , cafés, and very good restaurants. 5 minutes walking from the port and the beaches, 5 minutes from the railway station . There is a wide garage for our car but we preferred to walk along coastal path to Cap Ferrat and Villefranche. You could also take the bus or train to Nice (10 mn) or to Monaco. Italy is only 30 mn by train.

We have recently returned from two weeks in this great apartment, we were lucky to have very warm weather and were able to take advantage of the wonderful terraces. The location is brilliant, all amenities so close and, whilst the garage almost adjacent, was a bonus, we also used local bus or train services, or walked to nearby places. A lovely walk to both St Jean or Villefranche, or bus one way and walk the other, frequent service.

We have stayed in the area in previous years, but do like Beaulieu the most. We did all our shopping in Beaulieu and whilst everything is to hand, the apartment in no way feels "closed in", the view to the sea is wonderful, and there is always something to watch from the terraces.

The kitchen is very well equipped, it was a pleasure to cook, we really appreciated the nice quality glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. All the areas were very clean, oven, hob, microwave, frig. etc. The dishwasher and washing machine all in good working order.

The internet connection was good, particularly as the only TV channels were French, and our command of the language is,sadly,not too good.

Warda & the staff at Pisani agency were very pleasant and helpful with regard to arrival and departure times, and greeting us at the apartment. But it may be a good idea to double check any arrangements made at the time of booking, just prior to your arrival date, to avoid any misunderstandings.

Beaulieu felt very "Christmassy", we enjoyed all the local events, almost all the shops & restaurants were open, and the daily market, so nothing was a problem.

As you may expect, there is some noise from the apartment below, but only on New Years Eve ( loud music etc. until after 02.30 ) was it a small problem, but not enough to stop us wanting to come again.

We have eaten good food at many of the restaurants, and it all depends on the individual likings, but a few we really enjoyed were :-

Pourquoi Pas - at the harbour - for a good meal and a "busy" atmosphere

La Pignatelle

Raison Gourmande slightly more formal

at St Jean:

Le Yacht at the harbour

We have visited some of these restaurants in previous years too.

Cant wait to return to the apartment and Beaulieu. Thank you for sharing your apartment.

Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a sophisticated little village nestled in a lovely bay on the Mediterranean coastline where the sea meets the mountain. Beaulieu is a vibrant town full of pretty streets, wonderful Belle Epoque buildings, cafes, exclusive boutiques, a daily market, two harbours, a casino and two beaches. Beaulieu is ideally situated to explore the region, either by car, train or bus. To the West are the famous Cap-Ferrat and charming old provence villages of Villefranche, Eze, Saint-Paul de Vence, Antibes, Saint Tropez. You will enjoy shopping in Nice and Cannes, hearing concerts, visiting fine art galleries and museums Chagall, Matisse, Renoir, Léger, Maeght Foundation and so on. To the east is Monaco with its glamorous casinos, luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants. Italy is only a short train ride or car drive away with its colourful markets and delicious food.
