Located in Les Praz de Chamonix at the foot of the Flegere cable car and Chamonix golf course, just a few minutes drive from Chamonix town centre and with an excellent choice of bars and restaurants near by; this property is well located to get the most out for your stay in Chamonix, summer or winter.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, the 2 largest can be twin or double and one has an ensuite shower, the 3rd room is a bunk room for 2. The lounge area also has a sofa bed with a double pullout bed sleeping 2.

Both the bathroom & shower ensuite have heated towel racks; the bathroom has a bath, shower and WC, there is also a separate WC. The sauna area is shared between 3 apartments in the chalet is found in the cave along with the ski locker.

I have been living in Chamonix for 17 years and love it! Great place to live and bring up a family.

If you like beautiful mountains, being active and charming towns then Chamonix should be on your wish list.

Throughout the winter months (end of November to early May) snow sports dominate the town and its visitors. With 5 skis areas in the valley plus 4 dedicated beginner areas & the magnificent off-piste from L'Aiguille du Midi guest are never short of options.

Through Spring Summer & Autumn there are more things to do then there are days in the year. From the classics such as hill walking, climbing and mountaineering through to more modern sports of mountain biking and trail running plus golf, tennis, rafting and other water sports.

Whichever time of the year and whatever your reason for coming to Chamonix we are here to help you maximize your time.

We supply all of our guests with a guest card that gives free access to the public bus & train network within the valley.

We can also arrange transfers to & from Geneva airport.

- We meet our guests upon arrival and take them to the property they have rented from us so we can go over everything with them but the following is a bit of useful information before you book.

Normal check out is 10am and check in is between 5pm & 8pm. We try to be as flexible as possible on this so we request that you supply us with travel details so we can do our best to prepare the property for your planned arrival time.

Our rentals include:

o The property
o Linen with beds made on arrival
o Towels
o All local taxes
o Our pre arrival booking service
o Our in resort rep service.

We take a damage deposit upon arrival of 1000 Euros via credit card. It is a pre-approval system so no funds are actually put on your card.

Please Note:
Arrival after 8pm will incur a 20 Euros charge
Arrivals after 11pm will incur a 50 Euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight can't be guaranteed without prior notice.
These charges are to be paid upon arrival in resort.

Throughout peak season we have a 7 night minimum stay and may also have fixed changeover-days. Please contact us with your request and we will endeavour to find a solution to your travel dates!

We manage our properties through our holiday company High Mountain Holidays. We take payments by credit card or bank transfer - you decide! Deposit is 30% with full balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
