This one bed holiday apartment is ideally located in the centre of Estepona Port. It has a lovely side view of the sea and the harbour from the covered terrace. The good sized lounge is comfortable, clean, has air-conditioning and has been furnished with simple but comfortable modern furniture. It offers basic English TV. The Kitchen is new and fully equipped with most things you will need during your vacation. The bathroom is also new. The bedroom has 2 single beds. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a door that leads out onto the covered terrace that is shared with the lounge. The terrace also has a sofa bed which can sleep two more people. All together this is a nice clean apartment with good furnishing which we like to recommend.

Located in Centre Estepona Port in quiet location. This holiday apartment is located on the first floor in one of the four prominent blocks (called Puerto Paraiso) which run along the front of Estepona port. This location is one of the more quiet apartments in the port, as most of the noisy bars are far enough away not to be heard. Access to the urbanisation is via an electronic gate for both pedestrian and parking access. The Port is one of the main tourist destinations that people head for when taking a holiday in Estepona due to its close proximity to many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, beaches, coffee shops etc. For those with young children, the nearby beach of Playa del Cristo offers shallow water, small waves, a sandy beach, 2 beach restaurants and is a great place for children. Estepona town is easily walked to from the harbor along the wonderful promenade.

Notes

  • Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 50€ for up to two weeks. We do not include bedlinen for the cot. We also rent hairdryers and beach towels for 5€ each.

    A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals as of 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.

    We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.

    The (AC) electric consumption has a limit of 50€ per week.

    Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this service during 2016, however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
