Our holiday rental is a historic 17th century property set right in the centre of St Andrews next to the Byre Theatre.
It can comfortably sleep up to 4 people for your vacation and is a perfect home from home with all modern conveniences.
It is in walking distance to all famous historical landmarks including the Byre Theatre, St Andrews golf courses, The Old Course Hotel, two beautiful beaches, St Andrews town centre, St Andrews University, St Andrews castle, St Andrews cathedral, St Andrews aquarium.
There is easy access by car to the fishing villages of the east neuk of Fife, Fairmont hotel St Andrews, Dundee with Discovery Point, Jute Mills, Falkland Palace and the Dundee Contemporary Arts Centre.
The apartment is well placed for many outdoor pursuits including woodland walks, historic walks, cycling, fishing, surfing, horse riding.
There are wonderful activities for children in the surrounding area including the beaches, playparks, surfing, swimming pool, Janetta's famous ice cream shop, tennis, driving range.
I am a St Andrews resident and just love living in the Home of Golf. Every day here is just like being on holiday. St Andrews is full of academic interest with a world renowned University established over 600 years ago, and a vibrancy about the place. I take a pride in providing guests with an Apartment that is clean and well appointed.

This is a property originally built over 365 years ago but skilfully reconstructed in 1972. It is conveniently located close to the centre and the Old Course Golf is walkable in 10 minutes or so. Two good sized double bedrooms a kitchen/diner and bathroom all to a very modern and comfortable standard.
Close to town centre. Situated off a quiet courtyard just yards from South Street.

Perfect location in the middle of the St. Andrews. Very quiet property. 2 clean nice bed rooms with renewed flooring and nice kitchen for any kinds of cooking. Landry in the basement, free wifi, free parking, excellent restaurants, pubs, cafe's are very close. Thank you Seona!
We had an excellent stay. Ian and Seona could not have been more helpful. The property was perfect for the three of us. It was warm, clean and had everything we needed. It has a great location in the centre of St Andrews; five minutes walk from anywhere in town. Given its location - tucked just off South Street - it has the advantage of also being quiet. The addition of free wi-fi was also greatly appreciated. We shall definitely return.
A lovely clean and bright apartment, very handy for the centre of town and for the coastal walk. The owners are very responsive and nothing is too much trouble.
We stayed here as two adults for five days, with our partners joining us for the last couple of nights and it was perfect. It's not a huge apartment so with one bathroom and quite a small kitchen you might want to think carefully about four big adults being in there at the same time but we will be booking again for next year without hesitation.
The location is off the road, so is peaceful, seagulls apart, and looks out onto a courtyard and garden. There are laundry facilities on site with a dryer.
Parking outside the apartment is charged from 9am, but there is free parking close by, a short walk away. A superb fish shop is fifty yards away, and an ice cream parlour that also sells Sunday papers is across the road. Everything in St Andrews is a walkable distance and there are bigger supermarkets around, with a good Tesco in the main street, a Morrisons about a mile away and a new Sainsbury's opening soon.
For even more added convenience, a small theatre is about fifty feet away with a restaurant which is apparently quite good.
All in all a spot on apartment in a lovely part of Scotland.
We had a wonderful stay in St Andrews and our accommodation was perfect, Not only was it clean, comfortable and fully equipped for our stay but the location was second to none, being right in the centre of town. We would definately stay here again if coming to St Andrews. Thanks Sheona and Ian.
This is a first for me to write a review on our holiday rental, we loved the location it was so central for walking to the beach, playing golf, dine out or to just sit and relax in the little public garden next to the byre theatre . The flat is emaculate bright and airy and very comfortable . We slept so well there. It was like renting from a friend, Seona and Ian could not have been more helpful. We will be back next year.
