Great views of Mt. Crested Butte and southern mountain range from living room and balcony. You can see skiers on the mountain headed down to the base area and also the tubing hill. Listen to the live music from the base area as you enjoy your soak in the hot tub after a great day in the snow, biking, fishing or hiking. (NOTE: HOT TUB ONLY OPEN FROM THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMER UNTIL LABOR DAY AND FROM THE FIRST DAY OF SKI SEASON TO THE END OF SKI SEASON). Walk 20 steps or less to start skiing and ski right back to the condo door. Ride your bike down to the lift and ride the trails on the mountain. Don't forget Crested Butte is the Wildflower capital. Hundreds of miles of trails for your hiking and driving enjoyment.
Our condo has tons of storage for skiing, hiking or biking gear.
We are working hard to update every inch of this condo. Each year we upgrade new items :The upstairs and downstairs baths are now remodeled with all new fixtures, tile, sinks and tub, new windows, new kitchen, new living room furniture. Sorry the appliances don't all match yet....can't justify throwing out perfectly good appliances! updated living room paint, carpet and new fancy electric fireplace.
This 1000 s.f. condo has vaulted ceilings in the LR, Master and second bedroom. Lots of natural light and large windows. The kitchen is supplied with anything you will need to make a great meal and the appliances are in excellent shape. The lower bath is convenient to use without even taking off your ski boots. Very clean condo. Do you ever wonder how often comforters and mattress pads are cleaned in a rental? We clean the condo ourselves and ALL bedding is washed and changed out after every guest visit, including throw pillow covers in the LR and rugs in bathroom and kitchen.

Outdoor jetted hot tub is just steps from our front door, as is a community deck area and gas grill for your use. (only open the first day of summer through labor day and during the ski season.)
Rate policy: you will receive 10% off for each night you stay after 3 nights. For example: If the rate is $130/per night, the 4th night will be $117, the 5th will be $105, the 6th will be $95, and so on (no lower than $50 per night). If 4 nights are required for the reservation, the discount will begin to apply after the 4th night. See below for further discounts.

Lots of condiments so you won't have to purchase most of those if you will be eating in, also alum foil, plastic wrap and many other items.
We want to invest in you for investing with us. We are offering great rates and if you return you will receive even better discounts. For every four nights you pay to stay with us in the winter, you will be credited one free night in the future with no black out dates. In the summer, you will be credited for 1/2 off the cost of a winter night or a full night in summer. Minimum night stays required. You can add up your free nights if you wish or give it to someone else! In addition, if you rent within a week of your reservation, you will receive 25% off. Within 2 weeks,20% off, 3 weeks 15% off, 4 weeks 10% , 6 weeks 5% off (this last discount does not apply to the standard rate).
If you see this condo on any other website it is outdated. I have only found one negative review from the past (before our purchase) and those items have been corrected or were inaccurate. Anything on TripAdvisor or other rental sites will probably NOT be describing our condo. All units in our complex are individually managed.
So many good restaurants and shopping in town also. Just park your car in our off street parking area and walk a block to the free shuttle into town.

We consider us and this property to be 'Family Friendly' but please note that the spiral staircase railing is not fully enclosed and a small child will need to be closely supervised when going up and down. Also, there are about 36 stairs to the condo from the parking lot, which may prove to be awkward for persons with walking disabilities.

Cozy Condo that we would stay at again for sure. Enjoyed having the mud room to change into and store ski gear. Great kitchen, upstairs and downstairs baths super handy. Only negative I can think of is the many stairs you have to lug your bags up to get to the condo which was quite taxing but we knew that going in due to the owner’s warning in the property description. I will say that the stairs will not deter us from staying here again though. Love Crested Butte and now I think we have found a special spot to come back to here at this condo. Thanks!

Love this ski-in ski-out condo!
Our family has stayed here several years running, and it is a favorite of ours. Reasonably priced and ideal location- some condos claim they are ski -in ski-out but this one truly is. It’s perfect for a family of four, convenient jacuzzi and grill nearby, you can come Back to the cobdo for lunch and a break to take your ski boots off which is lovely. Karen the owner is very gracious and provides many amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

Once you get spoiled with the true ski in and out it is hard to deal with anything else!
The condo is in a perfect location, and very clean, and basically everything we were looking for!
Our stay in Crested Butte 2018 was totally awesome! The condo is in a great location for skiing/snowboarding. Just walk a few steps, strap in and board to the Red Lady or Silver Queen lifts. We had great family time on the mountain, and staying in a true ski in/ski out really helped to have more quality time together. We are all of different levels of snowboarding so it was nice for some to come to the condo for a quick break, lunch or a nap. We are very much looking forward to coming back, not just to Crested Butte, but to this awesome condo as well!

Karen is very responsive and provides a clean and comfortable unit with ski-in, ski-out convenience. The unit is well stocked and she keeps information on restaurants, hiking trails and other local activities. this was our second stay at her place and it keeps getting better

Resort-centered ski area with miles and miles of varied terrain for all levels and types of skiers. CANCELLATION: If requested cancellation occurs 8 weeks or more before the scheduled check-in time, you will received a 75% refund. There is no refund within the 8 week time period, BUT if the owners can re-rent the condo during the same time period, you can receive back at least a portion of your funds. Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservations at any time if the unit requires repairs that would inhibit the use of the condo or if the owner determines that tenant has provided incorrect or fraudulent information to the owner or other information deemed that the tenant would be unfit to stay in the owner’s unit. Owners reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time, but will refund 100% of payments made if the reason for cancellation is not deemed the fault of the tenant.
