Private end unit on lovely Sawgrass Country Club East Course. Renovated luxury two level condominium. A few minutes walk to the beach along gorgeously designed landscapes. This condo features a brand new kitchen and a spacious (approximately 1900 sq ft) open floor plan. The living room opens out to large private patio directly facing a lagoon which is part of the Guana River system. Expect to see abundant wildlife including blue herons, egrets, many species of birds, turtles and alligators. Yes, alligators and we ask that you please do not feed them!
First floor includes Master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, sun room, and living room with high vaulted ceiling. Second floor includes bedroom with 2 twin beds, bathroom and large loft with futon. The condo features honey colored wooden floors and a soothing palate of environmental colors. I have attempted to blend the tranquility of the outside with the inside decor.
Enjoy the changing light as the sun rises from your Eastern exposure. See this from the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio as you decide where to have your morning coffee.
I love to travel, especially to France. I spend a lot of time exploring St. Augustine, just 30 miles south of Ponte Vedra. It is a charming old historic town, similar to what you might see in Europe. It has a wonderful local music scene including R&B, folk and even Irish. I also enjoy outdoor activities, such as bike riding, kayaking and photography. Can't fit a dog into my schedule right now but one day would love to have one.

This condo is on the legendary Sawgrass East Course, the original home of the TPC. Ponte Vedra is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. This condo is a short walk to the beach. I love to grab a mug of coffee and watch the sunrise at the ocean. My parents used to take my brothers and me to Ponte Vedra to vacation when we were kids. I grew up on the other side of the St. Johns River in Jacksonville. This area has always been a part of me.
This townhome is surrounded by wildlife and beauty in every direction you turn. Tonight a full moon came up over the marsh. What a gorgeous view while having dinner outside!! Large birds will light right in front of your window. Love it! A perfect short walk to the pristine beach! Some days there is no one there and you feel like you have the sand and the ocean all to yourself! Hope I'm not making it sound too quiet. Just beyond the gates of Sawgrass you will find...top rated restaurants, casual restaurants, coffee shops and a gourmet grocery store. This is a charming little beach town. Come and see for yourself.
I want to thank for letting us stay in your place. Unfortunately, we didn't spend as much time there as we would've liked, but everything was very nice and well maintained. It shows your love for the place. We will defenetly return! and recommend you anytime!
Very nice condo in a great location with an even better owner/manager! Very clean, equipped, well furnished and within walking or biking distance of playground, health club or beach; plus Tifton Cove has its own area pool ! This unit even comes with very nice neighbors who are permanent residents. Wonderful notes were left for us regarding tv operation, wi-fi connection, handling garbage/recycycling etc! This owner thinks of everything so RELAX AND ENJOY......WE DID !
I concur with all the other 5 star reviews, that this is an exceptional condo. Functional layout and very spacious. The upstairs is like an apartment in itself with a large living area and private bed and bath. There are two separate living areas on the main floor: a traditional living room and a comfortable sun room, as well as a dining area. The condo has a cozy feel and is nicely decorated with Florida style décor. Very private, quiet, clean, well maintained, and the kitchen is well stocked. The back yard area is a great place to watch wildlife, enjoy meals, and star gaze at night. There are two bikes included, which make the trip to the beach much faster. The condo owner was a dependable communicator before, during, and after our stay. She is happy to help with anything you need. We had a wonderful vacation, and I would be happy to stay there again. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Outside of Sawgrass but very nearby is a fitness center, Publix grocery, drugstores, and great restaurants. A St. Augustine day trip is very easy from here also, and only took us about 30 minutes.
This was our second stay and was just like being home from home and being from the UK that is very important. The property has every amenity and is clean, quiet and very comfortable.
The owner is most hospitable and is in regular contact to ensure all is OK.
With views over the golf course and a lake who could want for anything more and being located on the prestigious location of Sawgrass Is a further big benefit as it provides a secure site.
We return in October for our third stay so what more can we say!!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this pretty rental unit for our summer beach vacation (flying in from AZ). Our two kids (8 and 6) were very comfortable in the upstairs bedroom, it is much larger than the photo appears. As a matter of fact, the entire unit is much roomier than I expected. An adult daughter and her son slept in another Sawgrass condo but spent most of their waking time with us - we were afraid we'd be on top of one another but never felt cramped. The kitchen is very well-appointed, the owner was wonderfully patient with all of our pre-arrival questions and she made sure we had everything we needed to get busy relaxing! The sun room is just a beautiful spot to drink coffee and enjoy the morning sunlight and the backyard patio has a spectacular view of the pond. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well-appointed and the location was very private and quiet. There is a pool and playground for the little ones within a 5 minute walk. We spent almost all of our time at the beach, but did indulge in a St. Augustine Ecotour and spent an hour watching dolphins play. In Sawgrass we watched dozens of species of birds, the kids chased the lizards and we even glimpsed an alligator or two. Absolutely fantastic time!
We absolutely loved our stay in Sawgrass & could not of picked a better rental or person to rent from. The owner is fantastic & checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. The condo is very comfortable with two bedrooms & a loft that has a futon. It was perfect for us with our two kids. Everyone that visited me commented on what a great place it was & how lucky I was to find it. It is a end unit located near the end of the road. It was very quiet & relaxing, which is exactly what I needed. We had easy access to the pool within walking distance & the beach access which was a short drive from the unit. I would highly recommend this VRBO to all. Can't say enough good things about unit & owner!
