The countryside is extremely scenic.
Total privacy. The whole mountaintop is ours.
Just got back from a fantastic vacation in the mountains. I cannot say enough about this cabin. The attention to detail is unbelievable. Jim and Anne have thought of everything to make your stay peaceful and relaxed. This was our second time and we will definitely be back.
Me my wife and two kids stayed here for our annual Thankgiving vacation. We have stayed at many cabins and cottages, This one by far has the Best views. I counted 42 Mountain tops from the Huge rear porch. The cabin itself is like staying in your Grandmothers mountain home. We will be staying again in March of 2016. Tyvm Jim for sharing your Beautiful home with us.
Thank you Jim and Anne for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous cabin!! Lots of room and family friendly! We are hoping to stay again soon!!
We spent 8 days at the cabin ans it was more than expected. It was more of a home than a cabin. All the furnishings are
the top of the line clean and well maintained.
The view is great at the top of the mountain. You can see 4 mountain ranges from the back deck, with half of
the deck screened.
We loved everything and plan to go again next year.
We enjoyed our stay in this unique farmhouse-style cabin. The rustic décor and furnishings were interesting and very comfortable. Best of all were the breathtaking views from the porches that surrounded the house. The owners were very attentive and accommodating. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of the rural mountains but still have quick access to nearby town activities. I would definitely return to this rental property.
We met our in-laws in the mountains for a nice quite Valentine's weekend and this place was just perfect and a great value. The property had a breathtaking view, and the uniqueness of the farmhouse was obviously decorated with good taste and love. To top it off, the bit of snow we travelled through on our way home made the weekend magical. The owner was more than accommodating throughout the trip. My father-in-law was particularly fond of that 'feeling of home' that he felt during our stay. We travel to the mountains quite often and this was a favorite for him. We enjoyed your home Jim, and your hospitality. Thank you!
