You'll love this fun, four bedroom home with room for ten in one of the best locations in Sunriver. It's close to all the action - the Meadows Golf Course, the shops and restaurants in The Village, and the marina with fishing, float trips, kayaking and canoeing. Best yet, this stylish vacation rental home is steps from SHARC, the new amazing aquatic center. When you stay here, you get 10 free passes to SHARC's pools, play areas, year-round tubing hill and much more.
This vacation rental features the split-level floor plan that's classic Sunriver. Upstairs, you'll find an inviting great room and a large deck overlooking the woods, which gives you the feeling of a treehouse. In the living room everyone can sit around and relax in front of TV and the warmth of the fire, and at mealtime, you can cook up anything you like in the well appointed kitchen. You have your choice of where to eat - at the kitchen island or the spacious dining table, or on that wonderful deck with gas barbecue.
With four bedrooms, 6 Approach Lane sleeps 10, so it's perfect for a group of golfers or an extended family. Three bedrooms are on the top floor - One queen, a full and a master with a queen bed. The master bedroom has its own bath, and there's another bath in the hall. Downstairs, a fun bedroom is decked out with two bunk beds - plus, a TV room features a hideaway bed. A hall bath and washer/dryer area round out the rooms on this floor.
This is the kind of house with tons of amenities where family and friends can spread out and enjoy themselves. One group can socialize on the deck, someone can watch a ballgame on TV, and kids can have a blast downstairs. That's not even mentioning all the fabulous activities right outside your door. The only problem you'll have at 6 Approach Lane is deciding what to do first.

We arrived at night and the front porch is not very well lit which makes the lock box hard to see. There are a few pieces of trim around fire place and dining room walls that were coming off. The carpets at the doorways are curling and we had to put to side so we wouldn't trip. The plastic shower curtains were covered in mold. There were pop it liquid stains on the walls. Overall the place is in a good location to the shar and town area, but very outdated and dirty
Wonderful house! Clean, comfortable, easy to keep cool on even the hottest days. Quiet, but also very close to all the fun Sunriver has to offer. Only downside would be having to ride/walk on the road for a short way to connect to the path- but it's not a busy road and only maybe a block of street riding so not that bad. Deers and quail galore!!
This house is great for more than one family. It has the kids area/bunk room downstairs and plenty of room to hang out. We will keep this one our list for future visits.
Just stayed here for six days. Great location close to share and the village. My only concern is there is no bike access to the bike path. You have to get out on the road for about 100yrds to get to the closest path and with small children that was a challenge at time.
Our first trip to Sunriver was very relaxing and enjoyable. This property was great for our kid centric party. We had 4 adults and 6 kids under 5. The property was on a quiet court with no traffic, perfect for letting the little one roam. The location was far enough out to be a enjoyable but not to difficult of a bike ride. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again. The only thing that could make it better was a hot tub on the back deck.
