House features one king size bed (sleeps 2) in the master bedroom, one queen size bed (sleeps 2) in one upstairs bedroom, and two twins (sleep 2) in the other upstairs bedroom, a full size fold down sofa futon in the living room, as well as a high-quality inflatable sleeper that sleeps up to 2 more.
It also features a 42 inch, 3D, wifi-enabled TV in the living room, a 32 inch, 3D, wifi-enabled TV in the master bedroom .

Pricing for this property for stays of three weeks or less is as follows (for stays greater than three weeks, please contact us for discounts).
MINIMUM STAY AT ANY TIME IS 4 DAYS (7 days over Christmas/new years time):
Prime Season: $300 per night for 6 people, plus $10 per person (adult or children) per night beyond six people. (So, for example, eight people would be $300 per night for the first six people, then $10 per night for the next two people, or $20 per night more for the additional two people. $300 + $20 = $320 per night for eight people.)
Off Season: $210 per night for six people, plus $10 per person (adult or children) per night beyond six people. (So, for example, eight people would be $210 per night for the first six people, then $10 per night for the next two people, or $20 per night more for the additional two people. $210 + $20 = $230 per night for eight people.)
Additional charges on ALL stays:
Cleaning fees…there is a mandatory $150 cleaning fee at the end of your stay, regardless of how long you stay. Additionally, if you stay longer than ten days, then on every 7th day of your stay there is a mandatory $75 light cleaning fee.
Taxes… all stays of 30 days or less incur a 14% Los Angeles City tax on rent and cleaning fees.
Property Damage Protection...$59 (for $1500 coverage)

RULES AND NOTIFICATIONS
Please note five very important things about this property BEFORE YOU BOOK IT:
First, this is a quiet community, and all tenants in or on this property will have to contractually agree to not disturb any neighbors with noise, partying, sports or any other loud or commotion-causing activities. If you intend to make noise or party, this is not the right house for you.
Second, this is an entirely non-smoking property. No smoking or burning of candles or incense in the house, on the decks, in the garage, or anywhere on inside the property or on the property grounds.
Third, this house is in the beautiful Hollywood Hills, and like many of the homes in the area, has a narrow driveway leading up to the house. There is also plenty of street parking. DO NOT PARK NEXT TO RED CURB or your car will be towed or ticketed.
Fourth, the Primary Renter has to be 26 years old or greater and we require a copy of prime renters ID.
Fifth, this is a no-pet property. Absolutely no pets on the premises, inside or out.

Just a fantastic place to stay. Right in the middle of LA, but feels like you are in the country. Beautifully decorated, super quiet...your country home in the heart of Hollywood!
Great location, chic furniture, gas fireplace, beautiful views, country living but less than five minutes from Universal Studios and nine minutes from the heart of Hollywood.
This was my second time staying at Kurt and Mia's property. I would have stayed here on numerous other trips to LA, but the house is always booked and for good reason. This property has all the comforts of home while being tucked away on a quiet street in the Hollywood Hills. You are minutes from all the action of Hollywood and Universal but you also feel a million miles away whilst at the house. They provide basic essentials you may need during your stay and some extras you wouldn't usually expect, such as the welcome goody basket with a variety of snacks. Check in and check out are a breeze and everything you need to know about the place is clearly laid out for you in the property's manual. This info is also sent to you via email prior to arrival.

Highly recommend this property. Very clean and owners wonderful to work with. Great location with easy access to many attractions. We attended the BCS championship game in Pasadena. The day before we drove down to Costa Mesa, stopping at must see places along the way.
This vacation home is truly a gem. From first contact with Kurt and Mia (owners) they were both extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us, particularly finding suitable Christmas Day restaurants. Both responded immediately to emails. When we arrived at the property after a long 16 hour journey on Christmas Eve we found a lovely welcome pack and card. The property itself is outstanding - immaculately clean with everything you could wish for. Location is perfect - an extremely safe neighbourhood nestled up in the hills, so peaceful and quiet you would not know you were in LA! But a few minutes in the car and you can get to all the tourist hotspots. My son and I enjoyed our morning run up over the hill into the fabulous Runyon Canyon which is beautiful for running, hiking or just soaking up the views. For tennis lovers we found public courts at Griffiths Park, a short 15 minute car journey. From here you can also hike up and get close to the Hollywood signature landmark sign. If you fancy the beach, take a trip to Paradise Cove in Malibu - great food at the beach restaurant, then lay on their complimentary beach beds to top up the tan. You honestly will love this house and location if you rent. Truly a fabulous family Christmas vacation for us - thank you so much Kurt and Mia. This was by far one of the best rentals I've stayed at in the past few years. A few friends and I were attending an event that was hosted in Hollywood and chose this property as it seemed it would fit our needs.The pictures and descriptions of the property were accurate and exceeded our expectations. The little extras like the welcome basket were really a great touch.The property owners, Mia and Kurt, were extremely accommodating and responded to any and all questions we had prior to and during our stay.
The house itself was clean and welcoming. The location can't be beat. You really can hide away from the city in this hidden gem. With one quick drive up the hill you get transported from the chaos of tourists and traffic and your find yourself relaxed and "at home" sipping wine by the fire in a calm and quiet atmosphere.
I will most certainly be renting this home again and I can't wait to recommend this house to any of my friends that plan on visiting the LA area.
Have nothing but great things to stay about this place. I was in LA for some surgery and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.The actual house is amazing and location can't be beat. Comfortable bed, great sheets, incredible views, office space (which worked great for my husband who had to work), goodTVs that even had netflix. Also want to mention how helpful and responsive the owners were. They were incredible and so helpful. The day we arrived, the air conditioner wasn't working. LA was in a heat wave so it was pretty warm. I emailed the owners and in about one minute, I recieved a phone call. The owners profusly apologized and worked hard to get someone to fix the AC that evening (which was a feat considering is was the long weekend)! The owner even drove 45 minutes to meet the AC guy and ensure it was working. All in all a great experience and we would definately stay there again!
