This charming second floor holiday apartment is situated above the main square in Port Grimaud SUD (south). It has sleeping accommodation for 6 people, comprised of 2 bedrooms - one with double bed, the other with a double bed-settee (& use of a fold-up single bed), plus an additional double bed-settee in the living area. Each bedroom has large full-sized fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. It has a single bathroom with bath-shower, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin. There is an open-plan lounge/dining area with seating for 6 and a well-equipped kitchen. The lounge has glass sliding doors leading

onto the balcony, on which there is a table and 6 chairs, providing the possibility of eating outdoors or inside. The balcony, which has an electrically operated sun awning for shade when required, enjoys uninterrupted sun in the afternoon and evening. There is a secure covered car port included within walking distance.

The video gives a comprehensive overview of Port Grimaud and many of the surrounding attractions within the region. Included on the video are the villages of Grimaud and Ramatuelle, St. Tropez harbour front and Citadel, as well as the local markets, beaches, and Azur Park adjacent to Port Grimaud. Also further afield; the Gorges du Verdon and Marineland at Antibes.

Please note that the footage in this video was shot during the peak holiday season of July and August, and that some of the amenities and services featured may not be available outside of these months. One example is the Port Grimaud water taxis which operate in July / August only. The other ferry services to and from ST. Tropez and other nearby ports do run, but only on restricted hours and frequencies outside of peak season.

Kitchen Appliances:: Additional kitchen appliances to those listed include a toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. An iron and ironing board are also available.

Cycling:: There are many kilometers of safe cycle/ running tracks leading around the coastline and locations within the square for parking bicycles.

Why Gary Dalton chose St Tropez region

We decided to purchase this particular apartment because each day the balcony gets the sun from around midday until sunset in the evening. In the rare event that this gets too much there is also an electric canopy which can be installed over the balcony with the flick of a switch. Also there is an electric shutter on the balcony glass which permits the apartment to be kept cool whilst out and about.

Port Grimaud is a delightful and fascinating place - a modern miniature Venice, situated in the Gulf of St Tropez. The development features 12 islands connected by bridges and walkways with exotic yachts lining more than 7 km of canals.

Port Grimaud Sud (south) has a Provencal style square, with several restaurants, a bakery and newsagents, while nearby Port Grimaud Nord (north) has additional shops and restaurants with a comprehensive market twice weekly.

Other facilities nearby include a large shopping centre, and an English-style pub/restaurant. St Tropez is only a short distance away and a passenger ferry runs from Port Grimaud Nord into the town on a regular basis. The nearest private sandy beach is within walking distance and the famous Bay of Pampelonne is nearby. There are also ancient hill villages in the vicinity - such as Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud, with pottery shops, wine tasting, restaurants and stunning views of surrounding areas. Fantastic apartment

The apartment was fantastic, very clean and everything you need for a relaxed holiday is there.

Very well equipped kitchen including washing machine, which was a great help also al fresco dining on the balcony that is south facing so you enjoy the French Rivera sun all day long.

The location is superb, it has its very own small square with a shop and three restaurants or a short stroll or a free and convenient boat ride away from the main square, where all the shops and lovely restaurants are situated and a weekly market, which is great!

For al fresco dining there is a nearby large supermarket so you can have dinner on the fantastic balcony watching the sun set over the Port. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The owner Mr Dalton was very professional and helpful with any questions we had and the whole process of booking was flawless from start to finish.

We will definitely be booking again!!!

Great Location and well equipped.

This apartment is great, it's in the best part of the port, which is quiet and only a short walk to a quiet beach. The square outside 3 lovely restaurants and a two good shops, there is also a local market that appears a couple of times a week, very nice.

The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you can think of and a few things that we forgot. Two ample bedrooms and a great lounge/dinning room. Complete with a balcony to relax on with a nice glass of something. Car parking is just the other side of the road in a private spot, which is very handy in the port. Overall a great apartment and nice people to deal with, so much so, that we've booked up next year as well.

just returned from this charming apartment overlooking the canal. the main square had some lovely restaurants and also a little shop providing all the fresh croissants and baguettes you need. highly recommended
