What a location and what an apartment. Bahia del Velerin looks directly onto the beautiful sandy beach and has great views of the Rock of Gibraltar. This is a very well appointed apartment located on the first floor with a large well furnished terrace to allow for great outdoor dining. This terrace has terrific views directly out to the beach and sea. The lounge/dining room is very spacious and beautifully furnished with doors to the terrace. There is a well appointed siematic kitchen with separate utility area housing the washing machine and another handy sink. The two bedrooms are very spacious, the master having a large en-suite bathroom and access onto the terrace. There is another full bathroom just off the hall area. Outside there is a superb large pool within the beautifully tended gardens with plenty of sun-loungers set around the sun terrace. A private gate brings one directly onto the sandy beach. There is secure car parking available with this property.
Additional Information: It is well worth hiring a car when coming to this part of Spain as there really is so much to see. Marbella, Benahavis, Estapona, Caesares and Gibralta come to mind straight away. For those wishing to travel further afield how about a trip to Granada, Rhonda and Seville. Jerez de la Frontera(birthplace of Flamenco)is also a very different place to see, where a visit to see the famous dancing horses is a must.
There are numerous championship golf courses along the costa which the owner will be more than pleased to discuss with you.
There is no end of shopping facilities in the area with large department stores in Marbella.

In my opinion this is an excellent apartment for a family holiday. Bahia del Velerin is a very attractive and well run resort with an excellent pool and terrace area. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with all mod cons and services. Excellent balcony area with lovely furniture - you could actually spend your holiday on the balcony quite easily - and just look at the sea.
Spacious apartment. Wifi. Air con. Parking. Lovely pool with sun terraces. Private access to beach. Easy access to Marbella area and to Estapona area.
We had a very pleasant holiday in Bahia del Velerin. All the arrangements worked smoothly - Annet provided excellent support.
We particularly enjoyed the beautiful views - and the catering at the poor bar was very good indeed - a really pleasant surprise.
The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable - good selection of books and DVDs too. The gardens were a pleasure to walk around and sit in - and we were regularly visited by two rabbits!
Really nice holidays in this property just five minutes ago from Estepona by car.
You can habe breakfast or dinner in the wonderfull terrace watching the beach and the blue water of the sea.
Full of facilities, in a wonderfull resort with gardens and a grest swinming pool.

This property is located in a magnificent location right on the beach on The New Golden Mile. The property is a short walk to the Hotel Kempinski with the lovely promenade of Estapona town just a 5 minute drive away. San Pedro village is 10 minutes drive and the beautiful mountain village of Benahavis is just 15 minutes drive. Marbella itself is well worth a trip either for the shopping or an evening meal in one of the many restaurants around Orange Square. A little over a 2 hour drive via the national park takes one to the historic city of Seville. The famed markets of both Marbella, San Pedro and Estapona are held weekly and are a must to visit. There are numerous golf courses along the costa to numerous to mention as well as many spas for those seeking a spot of pure relaxation. The airports at both Malaga and Gibraltar are 50 minutes drive away.
