Bootsanleger und Bootlift stehen zur Verfuegung.
My husband and I stayed at Eight Royals for the second time in February of 2015 and we will be back next year!
Our surprise this year was the addition of bicycles. We rode to different restaurants including The Boathouse for breakfast.
The large lanai by the pool was incredible. The heated pool was perfect for relaxing, healthy exercise and entertaining my six-year-old nephew! It includes a lovely dining space where we ate most of our meals. As a bonus, there's a convenient half-bath in this area.
The fenced backyard was safe for our golden retriever, Zoey. While the property was pet friendly, there were no signs that previous four-legged guests had stayed there. Be sure to bring your favorite smoothie recipe, there's a starfruit tree in the backyard. The backyard also includes a boat lift and next year we are bringing our boat.
We received a warm welcome from Steffen, the property manager, who assured us that he was ready to assist at a call if we needed him. And just in case you have business that you must attend to, there is free WiFi in the house and lanai.
We recently stayed (end of March) and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our accommodations and trip was.
We have Two daughters ages 7 & 10 and we had a blast. The home was perfect for the four of us.
Someone from the Property management company greeted us and answered all of our questions right away and we have to say, the house was immaculate.
The house had everything from in room laundry right down to pool toys for the kids. It was fabulous.
Our favorite “hangout” was definitely the pool area. Great large screened in area with a grill. We were able to eat all of our meals pool side and enjoy playing basketball in the pool with the girls. The nonskid surface for the pool area and bathroom was a huge plus as well.
Being so close to Cape Coral we were able to run to the Cape Coral beach often, even if it was just for an hour!
The location was a big bonus as well. We were so close to grocery store, restaurants and drug/convenient stores. Plus the neighborhood is very quiet and in a great area, we felt very safe and comfortable.
My girls are still talking about the “gecko” room that they stayed in and tell everyone about how much fun we all had and how much they miss it as they felt like it was their home.
The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed to cook with from utensils to the pots and pans.
We will definitely be coming back to this amazing home for all that it offered.
