Love this place!

  • 5 of 5

This is an outstanding cabin and Julie goes out of her way to make everything great for your stay. We actually stayed here twice in a couple of months, in November and again in January. During the January stay, we encountered a great deal of snow and Julie was there early in the morning to plow the snow. We highly recommend staying here! We love Kenai, the neighbor dog. He is very well behaved and a delight to see when he comes around.

Exceeded Expectations

  • 5 of 5

Lovely experience for my husband, mother, and me. Quiet location outside traffic and noise of Seward. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Cabin was in top shape, clean, brand new coffee maker! We had everything we needed plus tips from owners. Keep up the good work! We would absolutely recommend to others.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in the cozy cabin just north of Seward. Julie was so helpful and gave us some great tips for local restaurants and hikes in the area. Top of the line furnishings and hospitality!

Perfect location for vacationing in Seward

  • 5 of 5

This was our favorite property on our trip. It was perfect for 2 couples. We were far enough away from town that we felt like were in the woods but we were just minutes away from town and Exit Glacier. The cabin was well appointed and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the kitchen for dinners and breakfast, the washer/dryer, the wood stove and the fire pit out back (with the stinky but very affable neighbor dog). We were planning to grill out one night but it was a charcoal grill and we weren't prepared for that. We just cooked the chicken in the oven and sat by the fire enjoying some wine. The open dining room is great for breakfast. The weather wasn't great when we were there but I can imagine when the sun is out that it's beautiful in the morning.

I can't think of a thing that this cabin lacked. Yes, there are steps going upstairs and there is a step before the toilet but that wasn't an issue for us. If you have mobility problems, that should be something that you consider.

If you are in Seward and have a rental car, BOOK HERE!

Great Cabin!!!

  • 5 of 5

We loved this cabin in the woods! It was close to Seward but far enough away from town that it was nice and quiet. Everything we wanted to do was around 10-15 minutes away. We all slept well here. The washer and dryer were awesome--newer large front loader (we had been gone for over a week by the time we stopped here and had about a week left of being gone--so it was great to catch up on laundry). We enjoyed the full kitchen and the sunny dining area. I'd recommend this cabin to friends and family!
