Modern & stylish apartment, having 3 independent bedrooms and sleeps a maximum 8 persons with 2 bathrooms. The apartment is perfectly located, just 100 meters away from the seafront, with shops and cafes on the door step, yet the apartment is quiet and tranquil on the inside. Bus terminus is 300m away giving cheap and easy access to the island. This 2nd floor apartment (with lift) is fully equipped with your comfort in mind, with air-conditioned bedrooms and kitchen for that extra comfort during the hot summer months and free WiFi Internet to stay in touch. The apartment is minutes away (100m) from the Qawra coast with its wonderfully blue sea which is inviting during all seasons as it offers activities for all ages and tastes. All the holiday maker needs is within easy walking distance from car rental companies, to supermarkets, bank , casino, restaurants, swimming pools..., come and see for yourself. The apartment does not come with pool but photos of pools in the nearby area are shown to point the proximity to many pools! .... no pool beats the great blue Med!

The Qawra/St.Paul's Bay Area: Qawra is neighbour to Bugibba and all of Malta can be reached directly from here via public bus transport. A 3km promenade stretches from Qawra to Bugibba with the blue Mediterranean running alongside it :) On one side there is the sparkling seaside, while on the other side , one finds Al fresco cafes, trendy bars, restaurants ,shopping arcades, Hotel entertainment, a Casino, national aquarium and play area for the little ones.

Qawra really caters for the holiday maker, so much so, that from Qawra you will be able to get direct buses going to the main touristic areas such as Mdina, The three Cities, Marsaxlokk-the fishing village, Paola-where the Hypogeum is found, and so many others. Direct buses also run to and from Cirkewwa for the Gozo ferry and the boats to visit the Blue Lagoon in Comino. The beach is mainly rocky but in just 10 minutes you can get to Mellieha/Golden Bay/Paradise Bay--all popular sandy beaches. Moreover, Qawra is the perfect spot if you enjoy some evening entertainment, with night buses running to & from Paceville.

Things you can do:): Enjoy sea side entertainment on bouncy castles,dodgems,water slides, trampolines!! Please note for the elderly or infirm , or persons with mobility problems that there are only 3 steps to enter the elevator, otherwise it's very accessible.

Electricity is charged at 0.30 per unit and water at 5.40 per m3, this is an approximate cost of 40 euro per week in summer, around 30 per week in winter. The actual use will determine the amount extra that needs to be paid. On check in we read meters and we read meters on check out and determine the amount. For this reason a security deposit of 100 euro is requested in cash and the balance is refunded after bills are calculated.

PLEASE NOTE: Right now there is a building site next to our property, all excavation works have been done and they are in the building process, the majority of our guests are not finding this much of a problem, occasionally someone complains as they do start early , 7am till 3pm, so if you think this can bother you please be aware. 95% of our guests are not bothered at all. The very noisy part of the works was in October 2016 to April 2017 and during this time we didn't rent our place to avoid complaints! The law does allow them to start early and while many say its an alarm clock to get on and enjoy the day, occasionally people who like to sleep in are bothered by this. Noise levels are generally low during all times while they are working, but sometimes more heavy works requiring more noise.

Why Mariella chose Island of Malta

When we bought our appartment we had one thing in mind:holiday makers, our plan was always to rent this place..... so of course it is in a very strategic position on the island ....Qawra is such a vibrant area...with much to keep you entertained.....BUT the biggest plus is our dedication....... we give it a lot of TLC ( tender loving care)

What makes this apartment unique

Apart from the facilities of this appartment, the tranquil location is one of the unique points. It is part of a big complex and it does not stand directly on the main road, but is accessed through a private entrance, so there is no direct noise from the streets. As soon as you step out, everything you need is less than 300 meters away!!

Apartment is spacious and well equipped like home!

Qawra extends southwards from Bugibba and links up to Salina Bay - so called as it was used for hundreds of years to produce sea salt. Both areas provide further hotel accommodation and beach facilities. Qawra provides plenty of leisurely diversions including countless restaurants, shops and a number of bars and nightclubs. The area has been recently re-developed and now has a brighter newer more attractive seafront making it an ideal place to visit or stay for the tourist visiting the Maltese Islands. Together Qawra and Bugibba now occupy almost the entire peninsula on the east side of St. Pauls bay. More or less merging with Bugibba. Qawra is more restrained than its popular neighbour, with a choice of slightly more superior accommodation. Hotels and apartments have been mushrooming here since the 1970`s. Like Bugibba there are plenty of bars , cafes and restaurants. The rocky beach offers plenty of facilities for water sports enthusiasts

Off the yellow tees the course measures 5487 yards.

Off the red tees the course measures 5125 yards.

Henning Schulze Doering. Henning was appointed as teaching professional with a German Company, based in Malta and on the expiration of his contract in 2003 joined the Royal Malta as the Golf Professional.

Dress Code: Normal golf attire is required on the course. Denim jeans are not allowed under any circumstances and Gentlemen must wear collared shirts, tailored shorts or slacks, socks and proper golf shoes. The course marshal has the authority to remove people from the course that do not conform.

The same applies to Ladies making use of the course, but sleeveless shirts are allowed.

In the bar and restaurant no hats or golf shoes are allowed.

Golf Club can be reached within 15 minutes by car or also by local transport from the Qawra Bus Terminus.

Ski: Sorry, in Malta it never snows.......so skiing is not possibile...sunbathing yes....and how:)

RE POOL: Near the apartment , one can find a number of pools open to the public, at an entrance fee, ranging between 6-11Euro. Two of these pools are less than 100 meters away, so even though the pool is not part of the building block, it is very close just thesame.

This room is actually a single room , however a folding bed can be opened here for the third couple, should the need be but very limited space will be left in the room, we suggest this only if there are 3 couples, not ideal for 2 singles. We also provide a travel cot and high chair if needed. Kitchen and dining area are air conditioned too.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Location da prendere assolutamente in considerazione per una vacanza a Malta per un gruppo di 7-8 persone (volendo anche 9). L'appartamento si trova a Bugibba, vicino al capolinea dei bus, il che rende molto semplici gli spostamenti con mezzi pubblici o navette private verso la vicina Paceville per gli eventi notturni e verso le spiagge sabbiose nel nord dell'isola. Anche senza spostarsi dalla zona si è molto vicini a mete turistiche da non perdere come il lussuoso Cafè del Mar, l'Oracle Casino e l'ottimo ristorante di pesce Ocean Basket. La casa è completamente nuova, pulita, ottimamente arredata, spaziosa e con condizionatore, ventilatori, lavatrice e due bagni, che rendono molto confortevole il soggiorno.

La signora Mariella è stata disponibilissima a qualunque consiglio e aiuto per migliorare la nostra vacanza e ha provveduto lei stessa a organizzarci gli spostamenti da e per l'aeroporto.

Il costo dell'affitto è assolutamente in linea con la qualità dell'appartamento offerto.

Lo consiglio vivamente per chiunque intenda divertirsi e trascorrere una vacanza nell'arcipelago maltese.

Lovely apartment!

This apartment was very clean and homely, the perfect base for our stay. It really is minutes from the sea, minutes to the bus station for easy transport and minutes to plenty of restaurants. The owner, Mariella met us at the airport and took us to the apartment, she was very helpful, pointing out places to go and restaurants to eat in. We would definately stay here again and would recommend this appartment.

Mariella, l’hôtesse toujours disponible, très gentille et soucieuse du moindre détail, merci pour tout. C'était un appartement génial, véritablement très spacieux et confortable! Très bien équipé, on s''y sent "comme à la maison". L''emplacement est idéal, la mer et les restaurants sont vraiment très proche. Avec les enfants c’était très bien.

Un réel coup de foudre pour cette île, beaucoup de visites à faire elle est vraiment belle, et les gens sont chaleureux.

Je recommande chaudement cet appartement.

A wonderful time on Malta.

We had a warm welcome on Malta at our appartment. A cosy home with more then enough space for the four of us. It was clean, well-maintained and the manager provided very good en friendly customer service. It is so close to the seafront, it was wonderful!
