About Property Manager
My wife and I love London, having lived and worked there for 5 years. As a geophysicist, one gets to see the world and London is one of the great cities of course. We live mainly in Arizona now, where our dog, Chance, loves to walk in the cool mornings. But we get back to London for theatre, art, and just walking on the Southbank as often as we can.
Property Manager purchased this Apartment in 2007
Why Property Manager chose London Borough of Lambeth
This location is in the heart of the city, with a choice of bridges to walk across to the City if you are working or the West End for a show or to Westminster. My favorite run is across the Westminster bridge around Green Park and Buckingham Palace, back down the Mall and across the Hungerford Bridge to home. Running under the chestnut trees is beautiful.

Great apartment during heat wave
We were in London during July’s record breaking heat wave and staying in this lovely air conditioned apartment saved our visit. It’s in a great location, it’s even nicer than pictured, and the AC worked well even on the day the temps reached 100F, especially when we kept the blackout shades in the living room closed while we were out during the day. It’s a great place!
Spacious, Comfortable Home Away From Home
This flat is amazing. Overlooking the London Eye on one side and the Shard on the other, it's location is walking distance to theatre, restaurants, Westminster and so much more. We were welcomed warmly, given assistance as requested, and provided all the comforts a family could require. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer on premises. Air conditioning is available for warm days. And in an apartment building with close neighbors, we never heard a sound from the residents around us. In fact, the building is so sound proof, we barely heard the major construction project behind us. Would totally rent this flat again on a return to London.
Awesome location and great apartment
Wow - did this beat expectations! What a wonderful property! Just a minute from the Tube, view of London Eye and the Shard, walkable to Westminster Abbey, grocery store nearby. Even the construction next door was quiet.
One word... Amazing!
This apartment was seriously amazing! Our check in person was waiting for us and she went over every aspect of the house and answered ever question we had. She spent at least a half of an hour just helping us get to know where we were and how to get around. The apartment is gorgeous. So much room, super comfortable beds 2 full bathrooms, a walk in closet, the space was so well put together we LOVED coming back to it every day. It was so quiet at night and the view was unbelievable! The location was perfect as well. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. We will stay there again in a heart beat! Thank you so very much for such a wonderful stay!!
Perfect all the way around!
Everything about our stay was perfect. From booking, to prepping for our arrival, to our actual stay. The flat was gorgeous and couldn’t have been located in a better location. It had everything we needed and so much more to make us feel comfortable and at home. Hannah was incredible to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember. We cannot wait to return!
We were an American family of 4 and the flat was absolutely perfect for 2 teenagers and my wife and I. Beautiful apartment with a lot of room, 2 full bathrooms was great and phenomenal view of the London Eye. Grocery store 25 yards away, train station 3-5 minute walk, Great restaurants & pubs (Anchor & Hope was crazy good). We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
