About Property Manager
My wife and I love London, having lived and worked there for 5 years. As a geophysicist, one gets to see the world and London is one of the great cities of course. We live mainly in Arizona now, where our dog, Chance, loves to walk in the cool mornings. But we get back to London for theatre, art, and just walking on the Southbank as often as we can.
Property Manager purchased this Apartment in 2007
Why Property Manager chose London Borough of Lambeth
This location is in the heart of the city, with a choice of bridges to walk across to the City if you are working or the West End for a show or to Westminster. My favorite run is across the Westminster bridge around Green Park and Buckingham Palace, back down the Mall and across the Hungerford Bridge to home. Running under the chestnut trees is beautiful.

Great flat Great location
Everything was as advertised and more highly recommend
Thank you for choosing us to stay with!
Glad you had a good time!
We hope to welcome you again soon.
Changes and bathroom
We were told a week before our arrival that our unit was not available but Hannah was quickly able to get us one across the hall.
That last minute change was a bit disconcerting .
The unit we were given was lovely situated in a quiet neighbourhood. No problem with the construction next door as we were out most days.
One difficulty for us was the bath tub. we are seniors and it was very hard to get in the shower. I used it once, but my husband was unable to get in....needs to have some sort of renovation to make it safe to get in.
Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you found it difficult- if we had known this while you were staying we could have of course fixed this for you. It’s a shame you didn’t mention this at the time as we cannot do anything about it now. Please in future always alllow the host to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We cannot read minds! It’s the only fair way instead of reviewing us down without the opportunity to have made it better. It makes me very sad. T
his has now been rectified.
This was our first time to London and the reviews made it clear that this flat was a hidden gem. We completely agree. Hannah was prompt and constantly in communication. The view from the living room is spectacular. It is very quiet, away from the craziness of the city. It was clean and had every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. It was nice to be able to do laundry and cook breakfast. Additionally, the printer was a must have as we purchased tickets for events online. Spacious, safe and cozy, this flat has several markets and restaurants within walking distance. Tucked between Southward and Waterloo stations, taking the train into the city is easy. The flat has books and maps ready for your ease.
Our family agrees that this is one of the best places we have ever stayed on vacation.
Thank you for a fantastic home this past week.
Great apartment during heat wave
We were in London during July’s record breaking heat wave and staying in this lovely air conditioned apartment saved our visit. It’s in a great location, it’s even nicer than pictured, and the AC worked well even on the day the temps reached 100F, especially when we kept the blackout shades in the living room closed while we were out during the day. It’s a great place!
Spacious, Comfortable Home Away From Home
This flat is amazing. Overlooking the London Eye on one side and the Shard on the other, it's location is walking distance to theatre, restaurants, Westminster and so much more. We were welcomed warmly, given assistance as requested, and provided all the comforts a family could require. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer on premises. Air conditioning is available for warm days. And in an apartment building with close neighbors, we never heard a sound from the residents around us. In fact, the building is so sound proof, we barely heard the major construction project behind us. Would totally rent this flat again on a return to London.
Awesome location and great apartment
Wow - did this beat expectations! What a wonderful property! Just a minute from the Tube, view of London Eye and the Shard, walkable to Westminster Abbey, grocery store nearby. Even the construction next door was quiet.
