This luxurious penthouse suite is surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty, an abundant sandy beach, fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. For those who do not accept second best, these owners spared no expense or effort when handpicking their individual unit to capitalize on the best views. This odd numbered unit (Master Bedroom offers ocean views) and is located at the farthest end of the complex closest to the beach. The condo was furnished to ensure every minor detail was attended to. This includes the top quality mattresses that were special ordered to ensure travelers enjoyed American standard size mattresses instead of Mexican standard size that is much smaller and most often offered by other properties. It is no surprise that this penthouse condo has become a favorite amongst travelers to Cabo, aquiring a perfect 5 star rating by all prior guests, a number of returning guests, and many guest referrals. It boasts the very best location in town. Save $$$ this vacation as there is no need to rent a vehicle when staying here as everything is within walking distance. It is a very short walk to El Medano, Cabo's best swimmable beach and home of Cabo's most popular beach Bar and Grill, 'Tobasco's'. At El Medano beach you will have access to every water activity imaginable; parasailing, water taxi's (can be taken to the world famous Cabo Arches and/or Marina), jet ski's, dance/party cruises, speed boating, etc. In addition, there are massage huts on the beach where massages can be purchased for as little as $20.00. This is all within 5 minutes of walking distance from the condo. We visited Cabo for the first time in September of 2011 and within 24 hours knew we would be calling Cabo our home away from home. We just didn't realize it would be so soon. We are very excited to share our beautiful condo with you and hope that you will have the same overwhelming feeling that we did when you visit. We worked extremely hard to furnish the condo and make it 'the perfect get away'. Tastefully decorated with all the desired amenities, we have put a lot of personal touches in the unit and spared no expense to make it an unforgettable experience for our guests. We know that you have many places to choose and we appreciate the fact that if you are reading this, that our unit has captured your attention. Why Pam chose Cabo San Lucas

We love the safety and security that Cabo offers to the tourists. The locals are extremely friendly and are very protective of the tourists and the opportunities that are created by the tourism industry. Cabo is absolutely breathtaking in so many ways; the natural beauty of the turquoise colored ocean, the cleanliness of the city, the friendliness of the local people, the year round weather and comfortable climate, the activities offered, the dining and outrageous eats (just to name a few).

We chose to purchase our condo in Puerto Cabo Village for two reasons. First, location, location, location and proximity to Cabo's best swimming beach and downtown Cabo. There is no reason to rent a car while staying at Casa De La Paz. Everything is within walking distance. The condo offers so many options for entertainment. We have found ourselves walking down to the beach for an afternoon snack and beverage at Cabo's most famous beach bar and grill, 'Tobascos' while catching the beautiful views of the arches. While on the beach you will have access to every water activitiy available (water taxis, parasailing, rocket rafting behind a speed boat, jet ski's) as well as horseback riding and ocean front massages in a hut. There are days and nights that we do not leave the condo and find pleasure in relaxing or sunning on the balcony or the dimly lit rooftop while soaking in the jacuzzi listening to soft music. There is always the nightlife option of getting dressed up and heading out on the town to one of the nearby dance clubs in the area. Catching a movie in the nearby Luxury mall is always a great alternative as well. The second factor in our decision to purchase the condo was the quality of construction demonstrated by the builder. The complex is beautiful and is fully staffed by 24 hour security and maintenance personnel that take great pride in the exceptional quality of the property and the safety and security of the residents.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is centrally located -access to shopping with Walmart, Costco, and Sam's Club within a short drive. City Club is within walking distance. Fine and casual dining establishments within walking distance. Luxury mall and marina is just two blocks away and within walking distance. The Luxury Mall houses a cinema, along with gift shops, clothing, jewelry, restaurants...and yes, there is also a Starbucks nearby!!!

Thanks Pam, the accommodations were impressive. Modern, clean and fully furnished. The arrangements to and from the airport helped tremendously! Definitely the way to go with a hot tub and close and within walking distance to Medano beach and all the fun.The photos of the place sre spot on and do not do them justice. Made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable for my two kids as well. Priced right.

SIMPLY MAJESTIC

Incredible place, incredible stay. It dosent get any better than this. This place offers the serenity that the doctor ordered……Clean, incredible views, secure, professional and caring staff, professionally decorated, very well maintained, great location, and private. The condo gives you that true “vacation feeling”. The close proximity to the beach allows you to travel back and forth to the condo for lunch, a siesta, and/or to refill the cooler without a lot of effort. Effortless booking process complimented by timely responses to any questions we had. We booked and the concierge helped us to arrange transportation from the airport. We will be booking our third trip to Cabo and would not consider staying anywhere else. Thank you Pam and Greg…see you next year!

Second Time Around and it Only Got Better! –TOP NOTCH!

This is our second stay at this condo. We realized after our first stay that we hit the jackpot and did not think it was possible to get any better, BUT IT DID! These owners take such obvious pride in their property. It is absolutely immaculate and meticulously maintained. Everything is first class at this condo from the linens to the rooftop furnishings. The owners Pam and Greg are friendly, prompt in their responses, and helpful to say the least. They have a concierge named Ivan (included in the rate) that greets you with guacamole and beers upon your arrival and patiently walks you through the condo educating you on everything that the condo has to offer. If you need transportation from the airport Ivan can arrange it for you. He also is available to answer questions throughout your stay. You will not want for anything while staying here as the owners have thought of it all; beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, IPod docking station…the list goes on. We really like the location. It is away from the noise and commotion that you typically find at the resorts yet close enough to everything. You are within walking distance to the most beautiful beach in Cabo, both fine and casual dining, and all sorts of entertainment options. The complex is well maintained and has two beautiful pools, which are never crowded and you are always guaranteed a lounge chair unlike the resorts that we have stayed at in the past. There is no need to go down in the morning and put towels on chairs in order to be sure to have a spot. There is also garage parking that is secure and reserved for the condo. You never have to fight for a parking spot or pay for parking. Can’t say enough about this condo. The only negative thing I can say is that it books up too fast! It makes total sense that this condo is already booking up for the 2018 year. Highly recommend these owners and the property.

Bring your earplugs

A great location a block and a half from a really nice swimming beach. Well appointed condo, nicely equipped, with a great rooftop deck and hot tub. Deck overlooks a noisy, busy road that is quite audible even with the doors closed and a/c on. Bring your earplugs, because around 10pm the all night karaoke starts. We would have never stayed here if we would have known about the noise level. Unless you're out until 3am... don't plan on sleeping.

However, we feel very fortunate that your experience is not reflective of the serenity described and experience of our prior guests that have stayed with us and left reviews throughout the past six years. You visited Cabo during the week that most colleges dismissed for the summer break. Cabo is a very attractive town for college breaks and perhaps the excessive noise you described was directly related. Regardless, we realize and respect that everyone's tolerance levels and expectations vary. We do appreciate the kind comments regarding the quality of our property and the ideal location.

Beyond Blessed

On arrival to the property my sister, myself,my daughter and 2 nieces I believe we all were overwhelm with the sheer beauty of decor, upkeep and amenities. Just from post on Facebook I have friends who are interested and may probably be looking into reserving the suite themselves. Our Mother/Daughter vacation retreat was truly a highlight haven't been on a vacation this nice in near 20 years. Coffe pot is fine the filter was not set down in the pocket so that the lid wouldn't close and water wasn't draining out as it should have. I reset it now it's perfectly fine. The 2 levels of living spaces are done in a grand fashion. Truly truly love your place.

Thank you for the rental of your property truly hope I will be included in any future trips even if I have to pay my part.

Beyond our expectations

WOW, what can I say....this was the perfect place to stay for our Mother/daughter vacation!!! It was a surprise gift for our moms and they were overwhelmed with joy from the moment we stepped off the plane and set foot in the door. There were five of us total and more than enough space for us all. I was worried about my mom getting around who is oxygen dependent, but there was really no need to be. The beach was a short walk away and taxis are readily available everywhere. The property provided just about everything you could think of and the staff was very helpful and attentive. We all talked about how we will definitely be back and let's just say...I can't wait to return!!! Thanks to the owners for an exceptional place to stay!!
