Why Nicolette Allen chose Yellowstone

The location is perfect for a variety vacation types and travelers. The cabins are centrally located, allowing guest to plan a wide range of "bucket-list-worthy" activities.

Paradise Valley-It was love at first sight for me. I started Emigrant Cabins, because I want others to experience this majestic place. The cabins offer an affordable option for travelers who want to live like a local and truly experience this amazing area, while skipping out on busy chain hotels.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Nicolette from the very start was wonderful to work with. She truly cared about what I was looking for and answered all my questions. The cabin was so comfortable with all the little touches you would find at home. The cabin had everything you would need to make your trip relaxing. One of the best things about these cabins was the proximity to other businesses. We literally walked to breakfast and dinner from the cabin everyday. We were even able to get our fishing licenses in the same walk as well! The drive to the park was only about 30 mins too. Beautiful scenery, really cool cabins and a fantastic host! We will totally be back! Enjoy!

Very nice new properties 10 minutes from Chico Hot Springs.

  • 5 of 5

My family and I go to Chico Hot Springs at least once a year. We ended up staying at these cabins when Chico was booked up and my wife found them on VRBO. I'm very glad she found them. The cabins are new, immaculately kept, and the whole booking process went smoothly. The owner responded immediately to any issues we had. (Full disclosure: The only "issue" I had was with the electronic lock code when we arrived and that was only because I didn't read her email instructions all the way through.)

Nice, reasonably priced, and convenient to both Chico and Yellowstone. Would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home.

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was perfect for the recent road trip I went on with my girlfriend. First off this cabin had Netflix, and after 20 hours in a car all we wanted to do was sit back and relax in the comfortable leather sofa and watch some TV. We also stayed in two hotel rooms on our trip and the beds weren't too comfortable, so you could imagine our delight when we laid out heads down the "cloud" this cabin calls a bed. Nothing is better than a comfortable bed on vacation! The cabin is also equipped with pots and pans so we were able to cook a home cooked meal and the grocery store is just across the street. The VIEW of the mountains across the valley is impeccable and the drive to Yellowstone from the cabin is even more beautiful. Also only about 30 mins. I would definitely come back to this cabin! Nicolette thank you for letting us enjoy your cabin and for accommodating us!

Perfect base camp to see all the Yellowstone area has to offer

  • 5 of 5

I took my brother on spring break here, and couldn't have been more thrilled in our accommodations. We stayed in cabin 3, which was fully equipped with the essentials. To my surprise, they even had some coffee grounds, which made my check in all the better. The staff was very responsive, and helped me find Timber Trails (Livingston, MT - about 30mins from the cabin) for our snowshoe rentals. Besides the actual cabin, let's just say they couldn't been better located in paradise Valley. The views are more beautiful than words can describe. My brother and I sat on the porch various times and watched the snowfall over the mountains. I won't ever forget it. Lastly, if you plan on exploring yellowstone, like we did, you are perfectly situated nearby. Within a 30min drive, you can pass through the Gallatin national forest to reach Gardiner MT, home to the North entrance of yellowstone (also the main entrance). We traveled here during the winter, so only the N-NE entrance was open. This cabin met the proximity and comfort needs for us in an unparalleled fashion. Thank you! I can assure you we will stay here again with family in the next year or so.

We enjoyed being so close to Chico to swim and other restaurants. Was very relaxing and made for very little time in the car to get where we wanted! Would definitely stay here again!
