We love the location of this home. Close to Chautauqua Park, University of Colorado and Pearl Street, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. This is Boulder's ideal location.

Idyllic place to call home.
The house was well stocked, nicely decorated, and in a great part of town.

Great house! Fabulous neighborhood!
This is beautiful, spacious and comfortable home very close to Chautauqua Park and the Flatirons. Jeff was extremely responsive when the refrigerator broke; it was up and running again in a short time, so we were able to cook in the lovely kitchen.
Excellent place to stay!
Let me just start by saying that this house is amazing! The layout is designed to be relaxing and comfortable. The place was absolutely spotless. Unlike many VRBO's, there are food supplies and toiletries provided. The beds are amazing and there are 3 bathrooms with showers. The deck and grill are perfect. Honestly, can't say enough. Then, there's the location. It's right by Chataqua Park (which we didn't even know!), Pearl Street is walkable and there's actually parking!
I would definitely stay here again.
Thank you for staying with us, Kirstin. We acknowledge guests like your family that appreciate the house and location! Hope you can join us again in the future.
Great house with a great backyard plenty of space and an ideal location
We thoroughly enjoyed the house. We spent 3 nights there. The house was clean, there was plenty of space and a very relaxing backyard. It was a great location to easily walk up to hiking or down to Pearl Street.
Thanks Adam. It was great having you as a guest and I hope we see you again in the future!
My family and I came in for the 2018 Ironman Boulder.
This location is a downhill 15 minute walk from downtown Pearl Street! My family was able to spread out throughout the main level and basement (we had 8 people).
Very clean, comfortable rooms/beds, and a relaxing back patio made this place perfect! Jeff was so easy to work with and very informative! I would highly recommend staying in this WONDERFUL home!!
Thanks, Melissa! Glad that you and the family enjoyed the house. Hope we can host you for future Ironman events.
Spent 3 nights in June, 2016 with business friends for the weekend. The property is in excellent shape and was very comfortable. Plenty of space to hang out and a nice quiet back yard and in a quiet neighborhood. Grilling was easy and close to the kitchen. Large kitchen area and spacious dining. Two of us are hikers and did Sanitas twice early in the morning. Chautauqua Park is very close by and offers great hiking too. Close to Pear street and far enough from CU but we were there after school was out for summer. No one had any complaints about the location or accommodations. I recommend it for a small group of friends, girls weekend, or a family or two.
Walk to Chautauqua Park (5 minutes), Pearl Street (15 minutes), or CU-Boulder (10 minutes). Great road biking (Flagstaff Mtn, Boulder Creek, canyon rides), mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking trails, and other recreational opportunities nearby.
