Crouch Mobile Home Rental Photos and Description

Mobile Home, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps up to 8)

Uncle Billy Bob's #2 is a little tacky on the outside but she's completely redone and new on the inside! Uncle Billy Bob's Deuce is the place to party in down town Crouch, located across the street and up the hill from Two Rivers Grill at the Longhorn and perfect for the 4th of July, the parade goes by below on the Middlefork Rd. and the Fireworks are just across the river in the park!

Every weekend has a lot to offer and it's all within walking distance in the Village of Crouch, located in the Greater Garden Valley area! Affordable pricing starts at $79.95 non holiday week day nights, Friday and Saturday nights are $89.95, taxes not included. Weekly and Monthy rates are available. Sorry this is not a long term rental, except in the winter months we maybe be able to accomodate longer than a one month stay. Please call us to see what we can do for you.

People ask about washers and dryers, yep, there are several to choose from at the local laundro-matt, just about a MINUTE away, on foot. Open 8am-9pm daily in downtown Crouch.

Dishwasher, yes sirree Bob, we got us one of them fancy things in Uncle Billy Bob's 2!

Says here in the di-rec-tions, I'm sposed to tell you about the bedroom/bathroom set ups, well, there are two bedrooms, they got beds, nothing but the finest linens I could buy from the local thrift shops, but they are clean! Bathroom, yep, got 2 of them too, they's indoors too and that is mighty nice in the winter time!

.

Have you got extra friends you'd like to bring along but the trailer only accomodates 8...no problem, for just a few dollars more they can bring their RV, we have water and power hook ups for one RV so they can be right there with you!!! Maximum occupancy, including visitors is 8 people, unless they have been registered and paid for and approved by the management.

Snowmobilers or Horse owners, plenty of room for your trailers and plenty of extra parking space for you and your friends!

One other think folks, if you don't have a sense of humor, you probably ought not rent Uncle Billy Bob's, cuz like Paw Paw always says, 'you can only polish a turd so much!' Have Fun!

About Diane Caughlin

I've been blessed to live and work in such a beautiful and friendly town. I first came to Garden Valley in 1980 as the first woman firefighter on the Garden Valley Helitack Crew, the following year I ventured to California to work on the Arrowhead Hotshot Crew where I met my husband Joe. In 1994, after Joe got out of the Army, we returned to Garden Valley with our 2 young sons. Both of our sons grew up here and graduated from Garden Valley High School and are also Wildland Fire Fighters. I own and operate Garden Valley Properties, and Uncle Billy Bob's Vacation Rentals and I am currently serving as the Directory of Marketing of the Garden Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Secretary for the Parks and Recs District. Joe is currently serving our country once again in Afghanistan.

Why Diane Caughlin chose Idaho

It's a great place for people to have fun, relax and participate in all the recreational opportunities, and we're only 1 hour from Boise.

What makes this mobile home unique

Crouch is a very small community with in Garden Valley, you feel relaxed just walking around our scenic little village. Across the street and river (from Uncle Billy Bob's 2) is the community park with nice beach access to the Middlefork of the Payette River. If you're an early riser, you can walk across the Middlefork Rd. and grab a latte or goodies from Wild Bill's Coffee Shop & Bistro, or the Coffee Lodge located in the old Crouch Merc or you can stroll down to the Garden Valley Market. On Saturday's in the summer, we have an open air market between the radio station and the Market parking lot from 9-1. It's a good chance to check out the fresh produce and homemade goodies or visit one of the many shops that line Market St.

On the 4th of July, you'll have ring side seating for all the activities including fireworks and parade. If you've ever been to Crouch for the 4th of July, you know it's quite memorable!

Nothing short of amazing!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Uncle Billy Bob's #2 on August 16-18, 2016! If I could give this place 100 stars, I definitely would. Our stay was PERFECT!! It has all the amenities anyone would need for a stay in the mountains, with the comfort & convenience of home. When we first arrived my friends looked at me like, "what in the world did she get us into?!" Once inside, it was like stepping into our own personal summer home, away from home. VERY clean, warm & welcoming. We were able to cook all of our meals in the kitchen & grill our steaks on the charcoal grill out back. After sunset, we had a campfire & roasted marshmallows for s'mores. Unfortunately we forgot our roasting sticks, but quickly realized that UBB already had them there for us!!

Diane was nothing short of amazing!! Very professional & willing to help make our trip nothing but perfect!! I had a million questions & Diane was incredibly quick to get back to me with answers. Tami was in the office when we checked out & she was a delight to work with & she has the best personality. It's truly humbling & reassuring to know that these kind of people/places still exist in a world where everything seems to get lost in the hustle & bustle of trying to make a buck. We will definitely be back in the future & will recommend this company to everyone we know! Well done UBBRVR, well done!!!

Girls Getaway

  • 5 of 5

We decided to show our young California visitors the REAL Idaho so we planned a Girls Getaway at Uncle Billy Bob's #2. At first, the Californians were a bit freaked out about the limited cell/internet service, but soon they relaxed, took tons of pictures and thoroughly enjoyed everything. We loved the game Red Neck Life! Had weeny roasts & s'mores...played in the Middle Fork, walked all over - it was all fun!!! Thanks again Boom...(that's a good redneck name for you!)

Excellent stay at Uncle Billy Bob's Redneck cabin

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time, and experience staying at Uncle Billy Bob's Redneck cabin. Lots of games, across from town and accommodations were clean. Would stay again in the near future. If you stay make sure and play the Redneck life game, good for lots of laughs.

A FUN little place in a great little town!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a great weekend. Close to town, great birds eye view of all the comings and goings!

We enjoyed playing the games out on the table out front, BBQ'd our dinner, watched the stars.

We loved the red-neck theme and all the cute little wall hangings and things made us laugh.

We will come back!

Thank you Diane!

Most comfortable bed ever! Very clean, so much fun!

  • 5 of 5

You could entertain yourself for days there, I wish we could have stayed longer! Less than 5 minutes from the river, board games, books, etc stocked in the trailor. Accross the street from a coffee shop with the best Chai EVER!! we had a ton of fun, I can't even get started on the decor -- cam wallpaper, bedding, and bathrooms. My kids had an absolute blast -- there were so many different funny things to notice as you looked around. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun way to get out of the city!
