Great view of ocean in a clean and cozy condo

Our family had a great time staying in this condo. Loved the view and patio furniture. Interior was very clean with new furniture. Slept great on king size bed and the shower was a great feature. Kids loved the rain like shower coming from the ceiling. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable

Condo was very nice, really liked the tile balcony, very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Great view of the beach. Owner was very nice to deal with. Price very reasonable, will most likely use her again for future vacations. Five star rating from me and my wife.

the palce was amazing didnt want to leave the condo. the shower felt like a spa. this restroom is very luxurious.. rain shower water head..just in love. This is a must stay Place. Owner is very kind and helpful.

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable Condo!

We had such a nice stay here. The condo was immaculate and the furnishings were very high-quality. I don't know if I've ever slept on a more comfortable bed! The view was breathtaking, I loved the full length windows that made it possible to see the Gulf from each room. We had everything we needed, and the owner was very helpful and responsive when we had to double check about our parking pass when we first got there. I don't know if you could beat the convenience of this location if you tried. It was so handy having Walmart and all kinds of good restaurants and attractions right across the street that we were able to just walk to if we wanted.

Our family had a fantastic time and we would definitely stay here again. Perfect!

Nice Condo, but Controversy with Owner

Condo was as expected. Clean. Great view. Small kitchen. New living Room furniture. Very short distance to nice beach. Plenty of parking. A lot of rules to follow, as noted in other reviews. Big TV in living Room, but had problems with cable boxes, which I had to get replaced. Emptied dehumidifier 3 times per day. A major controversy caused by owner began when she emailed “No Deposit Refund to be issued due to the following: There was grass found on the floor and outside on the patio. Small burns on the furniture, rugs and patio furniture. After using the deposit money, at this point the renter owes ME money! “. After trying to convince her of her mistake, she texted me: “There was grass everywhere in the unit. DO NOT CONTACT ME EVER AGAIN. Already had the DEA in the unit. They’re going to be pressing charges against you as well.” I later made one last appeal to her, saying that my recently retained attorney and my credit card company needed pictures and a formal confirmation that it was us. She finally discovered/admitted that it was her mistake, that it was actually other renters at fault. She sent an apology and thanked us for leaving the condo in such great condition, and finally refunded our deposit. Recommend that you have owner do final walk-through inspection upon your departure, accompanied by signing a “sign-off” statement.

Owner's Response: I apologized profusely about the mix up. The weed dude renter & this guy had the exact same first six numbers of their cell phones. After I noticed it was my mistake, he said: that is fine, he understood, these things happen. Now here is my side of the story. This guy started off from the first inquiry with telling me what HE would pay."Hi- My wife & I would like to know if you would rent your condo for XXX per night for these 5 nights? We will be booking a condo within the next 24 hours. I gave him a discounted rate. "Hi - A few questions: Can we check in at 1:00pm instead of 4:00pm? Are there DVD players for both TVs? Are there beach towels? " If we get the units cleaned and ready before 4:00PM I always let them check in early. We had already cleaned this unit and it was vacant so I let him check in early. Then he demanded a DVD player for the bedroom. I don't keep extra DVD players on hand so I had to go buy a brand new one just to accommodate his oppressive and excessive requests. I do not provide beach towels in any unit. I do however provide beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for their complementary use. Did he ever thank me for his free use of these items? No. All of his dictatorial demands, threats and lies were pitiful. Then one of the small digital boxes went out. I walked him through the TV set up to fix it and found out the box was bad. I had the HOA office give him a new one. I don't know who goes on a vacation to the beach and sits in the condo watching TV all day & night? A lot of rules to follow as noted in other reviews? Only one other lady posted. They are posted for a reason & are standard all up & down our beach when you rent through this site or from an owner or through a property management company. They all make the renters sign contracts for their stay & the checkout procedures are mandatory. If they miss one of them they keep their entire security deposit. It is called respecting someone else's property. Follow the Golden Rule. Luke 6:31 Do to others as you would have them do to you~
