Look no further - this is your ocean dream vacation! You will love this very chic 2 BR / 2BA oceanfront condo. This 3rd floor condo is nicely nestled on the property to provide a breath-taking view of the pool, ocean, and gardens, but also has lots of privacy as it is an end unit .

The condo has been renovated to include an extremely unique designer built-in kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel oven, smooth surface cooktop, w/ built-in SubZero fridge and Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. New furniture includes an Italian leather sofa/chaise and beds. In both bathrooms, you will find upgraded and unique vanities with a jetted bathtub in the master. The condo has a brand new 50-inch flat screen in living room and a 36-inch flatscreen in master bedroom. Worldly artwork of some of my favorite places adds another dimension to the unique decor.

Ocean Reef Villas is beautifully landscaped with Florida tropicals, a large seasonally heated swimming pool, and a shady lanai area overlooking the ocean.

The master bedroom has a brand new king bed with Tempurpedic mattress, 1 large dresser, nightstands, and reading lamps. The guest bedroom comprises two very comfortable new twin beds. Extra sleeping is also provided on a twin roll-away bed.

You can not beat the location! The property is centrally located and within walking distance to Flagler Ave., many restaurants, various shops, drug store, grocery store, gym, spa, tiki bar, and bank.

Feb. break from winter

We have stayed at this unit for two years and were hoping to stay again next year (2019) but the unit has been rented/ and is up for sale. We enjoy the New Smyrna area with all it's fine restaurants and convenient location to Daytona, Beaches, airports, golf courses and etc.

Beach Get-away

Stayed July 9-16th. Condo was great, nicely appointed, and had everything you could possibly need. Lots of places to eat, grocery and drugstore within walking distance. Beach was beautiful and the building had a nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. There was also a lovely shaded area alongside the pool for when you needed a break from the sun. Very relaxing stay. Would recommend.

Great condo, perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in NSB. The condo was great - had everything we needed. The location was perfect and right on the beach, which was very important to me. The beds were super comfy and Amy-Erin checked in on us via email just to be sure everything was going well. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice beach-front getaway.

Beautiful clean condo steps from the beach!

We were searching for a last minute beach trip and Amy-Erin was super fast and easy to work with to get us booked on such short notice. The condo was beautifully updated and so clean. The kitchen and open living/dining area was a great fit for our family with two small children and a nanny. There was plenty of room for a toddler to play and lots of comfortable seating for all. The beds were very comfortable as well. More than plenty of towels (for bath and beach) were available and I was pleased with the newness of the washer/dryer unit. The condo is located closest to the road in the building but the noise wasn't terrible and it made parking easy with just a quick climb up the stairs. Easy access to the pool and located on a great section of the beach; close enough to everything but just far enough to not be crowded! My only complaint would be the shower head in the guest bath was a little lacking, but it would not keep us from booking this unit again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We highly recommend this condo! It is located on the beach and within a 15 minute walk to Flagler. It is updated, nicely furnished and clean! We would definitely recommend to our family and friends.
