The Great Room is perfect for gatherings with family and friends with plenty of seating and a 46 inch flat screen TV. The dining area seats six with additional seating along the breakfast bar. The fully equipped open kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare any size meal... all while enjoying the expansive Gulf views!

The large master bedroom also enjoys the sights and sounds of the Gulf through the sliding glass doors that lead to a standing lanai. It has a comfortable king size bed, a 40 inch flat screen TV and an updated bathroom with a double vanity and fully tiled walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms... one with direct beach and gulf views from the sliding glass doors and standing lanai. They each have a set of extra long twin beds and flat screen TV's... perfect for all ages!

This condo is located on the third floor of the highly desirable T building that is in the newest section of Sundial East. This private and quiet location has beautifully landscaped grounds with a variety of tropical plants, a soothing lagoon with fountain and a heated pool with Gulf views. The Sundial Resort has been recently renovated and has 3 restaurants that are open to the public. Each provides beautiful Gulf-front views, with 2 offering outside eating areas.

We like the low density feel of this unit even though it is a very large complex. On the end building and very nice salt water pool with very few people using it.

We have already rebooked for two weeks next year.

Best on Sanibel

We owned a condo at Sundial, we owned a house on the East end of the island, and have been vacationing on Sanibel for over 33 years. This is as nice as any condo we have ever leased. The views are spectacular and the condo lacks for nothing. Great kitchen that is fully equipped. A very large living area with wrap around views of the Gulf, large bedrooms and the master bath is beautiful. We have already book the condo for next year.

Loved the condo!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo! It was a "sisters/sister-in-law's" vacation. It was our 15th year of vacationing at Sanibel. This condo is one of our favorites. Loved the beachy theme throughout. Another relative rented a different condo in this resort and it had very plain decor, not attractive in the least. Had some problems figuring out the remotes and the dishwasher, but eventually got the swing of it. The wrap around lanai is awesome! Hopefully will be able to come back next year!

Perfect setting to enjoy the Island!!

Our family was looking for a place where we could come together and share the holiday's, and for some, the first time on a Florida beach. This place was perfect!! There were 6 of us (adults), so the condo was the perfect size, giving us plenty of room to rest and play. The location was amazing for viewing the beach, walking and shelling the beach, paddle boarding the gulf shore, as well as location to dining, shopping, grocery, and enjoying all the sights on the island. It was football bowl season, so we loved being able to enjoy the flat screen TVs for watching our favorite teams (Go Hogs!), and then heading to the sand and surf for other hours on end. Royal Shell staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making the processes for checking in and out, quick and easy. We were provided with all we needed when we arrived, as far as linens, towels, paper goods, kitchen staples and clean dishes/wares, and beach chairs. (Thanks for the Keurig coffee maker...we were hoping you would have one, as well as the blender :-) Also, thank goodness for the in-house washer/dryer that we made good use of from our comings and goings to the beach.

The condo was located in a very quiet location of the property. We were thankful for there being stairs close by, but even more, an elevator that helped those of us who needed to sometimes ride. Being a corner condo, we loved the wrap-around lanai, all the seating and dining available out there. (We did have an issue with the sliding glass doors going out onto the lanai, but reported it to maintenance, they sent someone out immediately, and even though they were unable to fix it right then, we made do just fine.) The inside living area was very clean, pleasantly decorated, and furnished in a way that was comfortable for all of us, with chairs, tables, comfortable beds. The bathrooms/shower/ tubs were also very very clean.

A couple of us have been coming to Sanibel for close to 25 years. This year, we wanted to share this beautiful island with family whom had never been before. This condo was perfect for doing that. We enjoyed each other and island life for a short time, but now have great memories to cherish. Given more chances to come back in the future, we will most definitely want to stay here again. All we needed other than what was provided for us at this wonderful beach home........ was a little more time!

Truly beautiful!!

We just got home from our week stay in this unit rental 413077. We couldn't have asked for anything better. I wish I was still there right now! We have rented 4 different times from VRBO and this is our best pick by far!! The place is in the perfect location on the island for me. The views from this unit were amazing! We had three kids with us so to be able to walk right out our door to the pool or the beautiful beach was perfect. The unit itself is beautiful. It is decorated so cute. I loved all the beach decor. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything you could need. They had a storage closet full of beach toys and chairs. We had covered parking for the unit. I really can't say enough about this rental. I would rent this same place again! It is a fantastic rental!
