Noe Valley is a great neighborhood in SF. It is one of the best in our opinion with trendy shops, great restaurants, bars and a family friendly neighborhood. Noe retains its unique charm of a delicate township in a big city.

What makes this house unique

You can easily access all the tourist attractions via public transportation and if you want to visit South Bay or wine country, it only takes you 10 minutes local to get on the freeway.

Was fortunate enough to spend Super Bowl weekend at Grace and Steve's lovely place in Noe Valley! The place is exactly as shown in the photos - very modern, clean and spacious. All of the appliances are new and worked throughout our stay. They place is great for groups and the neighborhood is great! There is a small store across the street which is incredibly convenient. A short walk away is a street lined with shops and restaurants. The apt is also a short uber or walk away from the mission which also has great restaurants/bars. Grace and Steve were incredibly responsive and flexible. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can! Thanks again for a great stay!

Super stay in The City

We totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely and very conveniently located property. It was more spacious than we had expected. We walked to several good restaurants, Whole Foods, a Muni stop and BART station. My granddaughters loved the convenience store across the street. This is a real find!

Comfortable home in a great location!

A big thank you to Steve and Grace for sharing their home with us on our recent visit to S. F. The home is situated on a hill between the shopping and dinning neighborhoods of Noe Valley and the Castro. A lot of great food options nearby and the small neighborhood grocery just across the street was a true convenience. The home has a garage for off street parking which is a big bonus in S.F. The kitchen and bath were updated and very functional for our party of three. If you are looking to be close to non touristy neighborhoods while secluded enough for some rest and relaxation, this home is for you!

Great place!

We just got back from our San Francisco vacation and could not have stayed at a better place! Grace was so easy to contact and responded to our questions quickly. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for everyone. This property was spotless and had everything we needed - garage, washing machine/dryer, kitchen supplies, etc. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and close to many restaurants on 24th St. We loved it and highly recommend it!!

Location, size, amenities and cleanliness.....perfect for 3 generations

Two around 70, two around 35 and one 6 year old girl found the Castro street apartment just about perfect for our week long visit exploring San Francisco. It was UBER easy to get to from SFO, steps to a bus to get to main Muni line, a steep but doable 2-4 block walk to neighborhood restaurants and Whole Foods. The apartment was very clean, light and airy and well stocked with all things needed for meal prep including some basic staples like salt, pepper, oil, plastic/foil wrap. Our only complaint is that for two nights the people in the apartment below were a bit noisy, but only for those of us in the back bedroom (due to poor sound insulation and not necessarily loud voices).
