Charming complex, awesome pool, fantastic neighbors, great host
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The neighbors (both unit owners and renters) were fantastic. Our host was great — even picked us up from the ferry. The pool was divine — we couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay here. The West End location can’t be beat.
This little two-bedroom suite was perfect for us. Away from the throngs of Commercial Street situated in an adorable and quiet neighborhood, it is close enough to be able to walk to everything -- and an easy bike ride to the beach. The condo had everything we needed, including separate bathrooms, a kitchenette, and an outdoor space for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Perfect for us!
Great location, fabulous and friendly neighbors, perfect accommodations for my family
Quaint, small, close to town, lovely pool and hot tub.
Overall the place was nice and comfortable. The bed sheets were a bit worn in and slightly uncomfortable and the shower curtain broke but other than that, we greatly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and living space are adequate for a group of 4. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The courtyard in front of the house is quite charming, with tables and grills and beautiful gardens. The place is quite close to downtown Provincetown which was very convenient. Bill is very kind and available for any questions or concerns throughout the stay. We felt welcomed and content here during our stay. I would recommend to others for sure!
Thanks Emily for your comments and for recommending our condo. You were wonderful guests!! We've ordered new sheets and a shower curtain. Productive comments like yours help us keep the place in great condition for our guests.
Great little gem
Great little place very close to Commercial Street. Bill was very accommodating. We love Ptown.
One of the best places to stay in Provincetown
I have been coming to Provincetown every summer since 1990 and I had one of the best rental experiences this year with Bill. He made the lease agreement, checking in and security return super-fast and hassle free. Kensington Gardens is great in general, which is why I have returned many times over the years. I love the location and rarity of having a pool in town. It is a quiet and friendly place. The condo is clean and well-appointed and I would highly recommend it to any travelers during the high season.
Much of the flavor of Provincetown has been preserved in the quaint old houses, cottages, and colonials that line its narrow streets. Great beaches, whale watching, trolley tours, dining, nightlife, and shopping define a small part of the charm this New England town first occupied by the Pilgrims in 1620. Gentle sea breezes compliment Summer average daily high temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s. Evening Summer lows often reach into the low 60s.
