Many pros and cons.
The property grounds were beautiful. Most all the amenities were very nice, like the pool and hot tub. The laundry room was down a dark stairwell in a kinda spooky room. A excellent location and nice neighborhood, close to Commercial St. A great parking spot for the unit. If you plan to spend time in the unit, prepare yourself for a bit of tight quarters (4 in our group) in the common living area, no view or cross ventilation. The dishwasher and oven have issues. The bedrooms were a nice size and private, each with it's own bath. No linen exchange, one towel and wash rags for the week, unless you use the pay laundry room. Beds noisy and pancake pillows. Every ceiling fan hadn't been cleaned probably all season. Pros and cons for us, will we be back to this unit, no.
Cozy Condo in the West End
I’ve been coming to Provincetown since I was in high school (1/2 my life) and have stayed in various places all over town. This is a great place to stay! I would absolutely stay here again. Bill and Jim were professional and very accommodating hosts!
Cons: Nothing except it is Cozy. I would only recommend this unit for people who know they travel well together and don’t need a lot of “living” space. Pro Tip: request additional keys ahead of time if you need them.
Of Note: The Pool can be an interesting place (as any place in Ptown can). Some of the neighbors were very nice and showed how to use all the features in the Hot Tub. Some were friendly. Others were… miserable old biddies, who some of my friends would avoid. So, as with anywhere in Ptown: be aware!
I wouldn’t mention the pool… as that is more the condo association, I assume…
Nice place and great location!
Although this 2-bedroom condo can sleep four (or 6 if using the sofa), I think it would be too crowded with four. Loved the location and the pool! The residents are friendly too which is nice, so I hope to return next year. Cheers!
Perfect and Convenient
I had a great time staying at this property. Bill was very easy to communicate with and provided some great tips and info about P-Town upon arrival. Awesome pool/hot tub area to hang out at, and friendly neighbors. The house was well kept and has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.
Nice and convenient
Stayed 3 nights, place was clean, comfortable, well equipt and quiet. Location was great for walking around Ptown. Would stay again.
We had a very relaxing stay at this property. It was a great location to serve as a home base. We could walk or ride our bikes to a variety of great restaurants and the center of town. We had beautiful weather so we were able to use the pool and hot tub. Bill was very accommodating. He met us at check in and gave us helpful tips on the area. Thanks Bill. We enjoyed our stay.
Much of the flavor of Provincetown has been preserved in the quaint old houses, cottages, and colonials that line its narrow streets. Great beaches, whale watching, trolley tours, dining, nightlife, and shopping define a small part of the charm this New England town first occupied by the Pilgrims in 1620. Gentle sea breezes compliment Summer average daily high temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s. Evening Summer lows often reach into the low 60s.
