My parents bought their first Stone Harbor shore house in 1965 and have owned several since then. I have been vactioning here since I was a child. My family immediately fell in love with Stone Harbor because it is a quaint and quiet town with over 150 unique shops, over a dozen restaurants, beautiful beaches, great fishing, crabbing, kayaking, boating, surfing, water skiing, biking and swimming. My wife and I have owned this home since 2004 and we take great pride in caring for the property. We have been vacationing in Stone Harbor for over 40 years. We enjoyed it so much we decided to make Stone Harbor our second home. We have made so many great memories here with friends and family and know that you will too. If you choose to rent this property, .you will not be disappointed.
The Owner purchased this house in 2004
We thoroughly enjoyed this piece of paradise. We spent the majority of our time outside by the water. The fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and jest skiing were perfect at this location. It was a quick run to the ocean (just around the corner to the inlet). Also, spent a few days fishing several bay spots, which was fantastic. Can't beat happy hour on the huge dock. Sunsets were amazing. We'll definitely be back!!!!
We really enjoyed our week at this wonderful property. The bayside location is fabulous -- sitting/dining out on the bayside deck, kids jumping off the dock into the bay, kayacking, fishing, and enjoying the sunsets. It is a more peaceful, relaxing view than the ocean, which is still just a few blocks away. Rent a kayak and go for long rows. The location is perfect, on a very quiet spot at the south end of Stone Harbor (you can take great runs from here, such as along the undeveloped southern-end beach, or over the little bridge towards Wildwood). The house itself is nice (great master bedroom with upper deck), and while a little spare inside (you have to bring everything), the bayside spot more than makes up for it. We would come back to this house. It accommodates 8 very comfortably.
