Quiet neighborhood home rental with plenty of off street parking. This house will give you a comfortable place to relax after a busy day on the lake or seeing the sights. This is a complete home with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths (Beds for 8). There is a King bed in the master, Queen bed in the 1st bedroom and Bunk beds and a Queen Futon in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is large and fully supplied. The dining room and living room offer plenty of space to 'hang out' with a flat screen TV with cable, and DVD's for any age. Right off the dining room is a shaded deck with gas grill, that looks out over your green and shady back yard. The quoted rental price is for the upstairs portion of the house as described here. (City ordnance limits the occupancy of people ages 12 and above. The formula is: 2 adults per bed room ... plus 2 more = 8 adults. No limit on those under age 12). Extra sleeping pads available for extra kids :)
For additional space and privacy, the downstairs can be added to your rental. It is newly remodeled and VERY comfortable. Including the downstairs in your rental will add an additional queen bed, a bathroom with shower and laundry, kitchen, and TV/sitting area. To better understand this additional 700 sq feet available in the downstairs, view the pictures described as ‘downstairs’. The downstairs can only be rented as an addition to the upstairs. It is not rented out separately. So, if your party becomes larger after you have reserved the upstairs, the downstairs is usually available to be added on. If you would like more information about this additional space and rental cost, please contact the owner. (City ordnance will allow the addition of 2 more adults = total of 10 adults for the property- with the addition of the downstairs space).
Cleaning rate may be adjusted for parties under 5 and over 8 occupants. Talk to the owner about this adjustment.
My family and I have lived in Page since 1998 and my big house full of kids is now empty. So, I have decided to share my house and beautiful area with visitors to Page. I have taught high school math for many years but recently retired. Retirement brings changes and opening my home is one of them. I am excited to meet you when you visit Page.

My house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the north edge of Page. It is within walking distance of both downtown Page and a 'rim trail' that circles Page. Glenn Canyon Dam is visible a few houses down at the end of my street. And, awesome views of Lake Powell are less than a mile walk away from the house.
A big THANK YOU to all my renters for being such great guests!! This my 1st year renting to vacation guests and EVERYONE has been fantastic. I did not really know what to expect but the people staying in my home have far exceeded my expectations in how they have taken care of the house, how they have left it in fantastic condition, and how they have just been enjoyable to work with. 6 of us stayed at the Red Rock Retreat for 4 nights this week. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. This is not the Ritz Carlton but while the decor is a bit dated, everything is very comfortable and very clean, in good shape and easy to use. We would gladly stay here again when back in Page. There is plenty of seating for relaxing in the family room(complete with plenty of board games). The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The backyard is nice and has some fun outdoor games. It is only a few minutes from the main part of town and easy access to the lake and the dam and a quick walk down to the Rim View Trail.
My wife and I stayed here with our three daughters (ages 11, 13, 14). We launched our boat out of Antelope Point Marina (about a 15 minute drive-about the same as a drive to wahweap would be), and this was a great rental for vacation. We really appreciated the roominess, especially in the kitchen. Internet and cable worked great. Plenty of room on the driveway and RV pad to the side of the house to park our boat.
We stayed 2 nights at red rock retreat. We were 11 and we rented only the upper level of the house (2 children slept on extra beds). The house is very confortable, well equiped, large kitchen, large dinner table where we could sit all together (!). Janell is very kind and gave us all the information we needed, especially the sand beach where we had splendid moments ! (lone rock beach !). Thanks.
We came with 4 kids, 3 adults, 2 trucks and a boat. Plenty of room for everyone and everything. House was clean and comfortable. Yard was beautiful and the kids loved playing outside. Janelle was kind and helpful. I hope to return next year.
This was our second time staying here. Our family feels so at home here. Our Grandchildren love to come back "home" after a day on the lake and play with all the legos. They call it the Lego house. Thank you Janell for always having a nice clean home for us to enjoy. Looking forward to next year.
This home was a great find for our family! Had all the comforts of home, plenty of space for our family and was very clean. Especially loved the dining area as we were all able to sit together for our meals. This home is very centrally located to restaurants, gas stations and the grocery store!! There was also ample parking our our 2 boats and trucks. The homeowner, Janell, is so kind, friendly and very helpful. We have been boating at Lake Powell for many years and this was one of my favorite trips!!
