Our semi-private beach, 4 pools, tennis, fitness center, and clubhouse with views of the entire Pacific Ocean make this a great vacation home. Condo has TV's, Cable, internet, private large patio with outside dining. Both Bedrooms are Master Suites with King Beds and Spa like Bathrooms. Family Room has Fireplace. Entertainment Center, and room to spread out and relax. Open and light filled Kitchen opens to large Dining Room with seating for 8 at the table. Wood Floors and Natural Stone throughout make for a cool, relaxed, and custom feel to this awesome condo. All new appliances, including washer and dryer in unit, and storage locker in underground parking for your beach gear.
We are located in the Oceanfront complex of the Del Mar Beach Club, across the street from the Del Mar Race Track, County Fairgrounds, and Cedros Design District. Shopping, Dining, and Public Transportation all within 10 minutes walking distance.
Although we list a nightly rate please note that we, the Del Mart Bech Club, and the City of Solana Beach require 7 night minimums for all vacation rental properties.

Great condo with everything to make you feel at home.
Fell in love with Del Mar/Solana while staying here! Comfy condo with all the amenities you need. Great for relaxing and feeling at home, close to everything. Will stay again.
Super place to be with kids
We have rented this for 8 weeks the summer of 2016 and 17. The area is really fantastic and very well suited for kids (short drive to SeaWorld, Legoland San Diego Zoo etc). The apartment is great and the owner provides necessary assistance when needed. Highly recommend.
Our family had a wonderful stay.
The condo was very nice and spacious. Located within walking distance to the beach, park, shopping and dinning. Our family really enjoyed the Choice Juice bar and Crush dinning restaurant.
The condo is set up well for a family vacation. The only thing I will stress is that there are 2 sections of this condo complex, East and West.The west side is on the water and this condo resides on the East side, across the street. Overall a pleasant stay.
We stayed at this condo for 1 week in October 2016. It was myself, my husband and our 2 children (ages 11 and 13). It was perfect for us!! The beach and pools were great. The condo itself was clean and modern and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place near San Diego. We had a rental car and drove the highway everyday. Was 20 mins max to downtown and easy to navigate around.
Comfortable and well located with easy access to all San Diego attractions
We shared the condo with my sister and brother in law and found the condo to be very clean and suitable for two couples with the two ensuite bathrooms and two assigned parking spaces. It was very spacious and could have easily accommodated a larger family. Everything we needed was included eg cooking utensils, towels, plenty of dishes, a variety of coffee making options, beautiful appliances and supermarkets closeby. We used the laundry facilities which was very convenient and we were able to drive to all the attractions we wanted to within about 30 minutes ( zoo, MSS Midway, old town San Diego, La Jolla, Balboa Park). There was lots to do to keep us busy for the week long vacation.
Although there are lots of condos in the complex the common areas including the pools etc were very quiet at this time of year and it was a pleasant stroll to go to the beach to watch the sunset or surfers.
We enjoyed a walk to the nearby fish market restaurant for a seafood dinner one evening and loved our wine and games nights in the comfortable dining room. The living room seating was spacious and encouraged lounging in the evenings also.
We were fine with one set of keys as our purpose was to spend lots of time together but some visitors might require two sets to allow for independent day trips.
Steve was always available to answer questions via e mail usually within an hour or two. We would definitely consider staying at the condo again if we were to return to the area or recommend it to our friends.
Unit across street from Del Mar Race Track and San Diego County Fairgrounds. Cedros Design District also just across street from unit.
