When you stay at 14 Cherrywood, you instantly understand the meaning of "location, location, location". This vacation home is situated on the quiet, peaceful north side of Sunriver - just a stone's throw from the Woodlands Golf Course and the north pool and tennis complex.
The house is surrounded by bike paths, so bring bicycles or rent them and enjoy a short ride to all the amenities of Sunriver. Check out the Village with its shops and restaurants, and Fort Rock Park, which features everything from sports fields to basketball courts. You also get 8 free passes to SHARC, the extraordinary aquatic center. You and your guests will love the pools, play areas, year-round tubing hill and much more.
After your hours of fun, you'll appreciate the comforts of this reverse living home, recently upgraded with new carpeting. Relax in the great room with its vaulted ceiling, large windows and wood-burning fireplace - and head for the connecting the kitchen to prepare your meals. You can eat in the dining area with its large table, or step out onto the deck to barbecue your meals and enjoy them outdoors. Don't miss a soak in the hot tub to end up each day.
Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a queen bed, a handsome bathroom and a powder room. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms - a bunkroom with four twins, and another bedroom with a queen and a twin. A hall bath plus a washer and dryer round out the conveniences on the ground floor.
14 Cherrywood is a prime place for family and friends to relax, but when you're ready for action, it also offers easy access to Highway 97 and nearby Bend. Enjoy the "big city" for nightlife, dining and retail therapy, and then come back to your Sunriver retreat.

While the house is big and has amenities, with bad mattress it is not the best vacation. The hot tub also was not hot enough to enjoy.
House is very nice, clean and has lots of room for a large group. Works great if you have a lot of kids (3 bunk beds) sleeps about 12 total. Nice outdoor space, BBQ, hot tub. The room A/C works but the house is a little warm in the evenings, have several bikes but some are in bad condition, we rented two more to make up for unsafe bikes. Sharc is awesome, we had a great time.
Like other reviews, house does need some updates in kitchen and bedrooms (mattress). Shark passes, Hot tub and bikes were very nice and this house works very well for two family's.
Great house but no central air was definitely missed for the week we were there. It was in the 90's the whole week we were there and there was very little circulation. We had small children with us and it was very difficult to sleep in the heat. The ceiling fan was missing a control switch but they did come out after a few days and get the fan working. Nice location with lots of deer around. Despite the heat we had a great family fun week!
For the most part, we really enjoyed staying here. The location is a bit far from the Village, but it's in a cul-de-sac making it a safe place for the kids to bike. I read quite a few reviews about the mattresses before we arrived and I'd have to agree that at least the master and double bed downstairs should be replaced. It would make a world of difference. The SHARC passes were very nice to have as well as the bikes. Everything was in the kitchen that we needed to make meals.
