If you're still chilly, head outside to the private hot tub.
The gorgeous kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a wooden table with a dishwasher for quick clean-up and a grill outside. Look up an interesting recipe on the WiFi or head out to the deck for lovely views.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Great area. Cabin was comfortable and had lots of room. We really enjoyed game room and hot tub
This property was not the right place for our group. The mattresses were awful- oddly loud and uncomfortable-one guest wondered if they were homemade. One blanket was ominously stained. There were no instructions how to turn on the gas firelplace or use the TV set-up in the living room. Three large living room windows that front onto the street and highway 26 had no window coverings. Hanging out in there made us feel like we were being watched. There was only one wine glass in the kitchen and several of the saucepans were unusable. Their non-stick surface had been chipped off by scraping. Shards of teflon dusted the bottom of the pans. The hot tub was green. the water was transparent, but the entire tub glowed green. At first we thought it could be the tub lights, but daylight confirmed the algea green tint was really there. The Cabin is so close to highway 26 that the traffic noise was something to reckon with.
Dealing with Vacasa, the management company was awkward and useless. We received an email sometimes twice a day for seven days leading up to our trip demanding that the signed contract be returned. Several inquiries and requests to stop being warned about the signed contract proved fruitless. This property feels like it is being sucked dry for money-money-money. The owners should spend a weekend there and experience the place from a guest's point of view and consider getting rid of Vacasa.
Overall - this was not the place for our group. Hot tub water was green. Kitchen not supplied as advertised, mattresses were bad, no instructions at the house to use TV system or gas stove in living room. Dealing with Vacasa was awkward and ineffective.
We stayed in this house for a family weekend getaway and while we enjoyed the home and the location there were a few issues going on with this property. First, upon arrival it took us a few minutes to be able to open the door to the house since the lock was sticky and installed backwards. After figuring out how to open the door we then proceded to turn the TV on and there was no remote for the cable box to be found. The whole time we had to change the channels in the living room through the cable box which got kind of annoying after a while.
There is also an issue with the gas fireplace in the living room where the cables in the back of it are loose and it often doesn't power on.
The door to the bathroom next to the kitchen does not latch nor lock and the fan in the bathroom upstairs did not work...
Overall this is a great property with plenty of room. It is well stocked with bathroom towels and soap. The kitchen also had plenty of towels and utensils/cookware but lacked glassware. It has very comfortable beds and couches, a large game room (the dart board did not have functional darts), a nice hot tub and it is conveniently located near Portland.
We had a wonderful stay. Only thing I would suggest is a trip out from the owners to make sure it's completely ready. The gas heater fireplace needed someone to come out (loose wire). It was fixed very quickly and worked the rest of the time. The lawn was unkempt which made it difficult to enjoy the Horse shoes or fire pit (also needed work). The only other issue was none of the 11 remotes we found worked correctly for the DVD player or channel changing (bummer because it rained and would have been great but not missed due to it not being super important). All in all we had a great stay and would be back. I feel we were the first guests after a long time and some things could have been remedied prior to our stay. Thanks for a great weekend!
