A customized lower level apartment in the quiet woodland settings of Fairview NC. Just a fifteen minute drive to downtown Asheville and a similar distance to the historic Biltmore House/Village and Grove Park Inn. Equally close is spectacular Lake Lure and Chimney Rock State Park. The Asheville airport is about a 20 minute drive.
The apartment has an open plan design with plenty of natural light in the sitting room, dining area and kitchen which hosts granite countertops and bar. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and enclosed toilet. There is a queen sized bed in the separate bedroom along with a generous closet and dressers. Complementary garage with laundry and 600 sq/ft BONUS ROOM shared by owner with pingpong table complete a warm family location.

The location is ideal because it is in an extremely quiet and private neighborhood with 1.25 acres, yet only 15 minutes to downtown Asheville and Biltmore Village, 20 minutes to the airport, and 15 miles to beautiful Lake Lure. Great hiking all around too. READ REVIEWS!
We are set in woodland but still close to local amenities. It is a wonderful place to live and all our renters have commented on the beauty, tranquility but also its proximity to major highways and the nearby city of Asheville.
Very nice & peaceful place to stay! Exactly as shown in pics. The drive into Asheville was 15-20 mins. The scenery surrounding the house is very pretty. You can see the stars-bright & clear! (We don't have that in Atl!) I loved the single lane bridge & pretty drive to get to the house. I had a wonderful stay & highly recommend this apt. Marsha was very nice & welcoming.
After I got settled with my little dog, the apartment felt like home. The privacy was great even though it is part of Marsha's house. Everything you need is there, although I would suggest bringing your own bath towels. The location is private since the house is on a cul de sac, yet, a ten to fifteen minutes drive you can be on Road 25 for all your shopping needs. Marsha is a very sweet person making you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you meet her. I would enjoy staying on Blackberry Lane again.
This place is fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and well appointed in all respects. Lovely views off the private deck. The space is easily large enough for a couple and a pet. Furniture, towels, kitchenware, appliances, etc. are all of good quality. The TV is large and has DISH Network. Total privacy: our host was available but not at all intrusive. We really enjoyed our month-long stay. Highly, highly recommended!
The house was so spacious and clean. We had such a great time! Would stay there again. Great mountain views and privacy. Lots of windows to enjoy the views from the inside as well.
We spent 5 nights at this apartment. Everything was clean and spacious. The added treat was being able to sit quietly on the wrap around deck and enjoy the quiet. Marsha was very helpful.
