Everything exceeded our expectations
We had a wonderful stay at PARADISE. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the weather and see the area. This is a very nice, well maintained property. Everything was comfortable and clean and nicely decorated and even the boat we rented was amazing. We enjoyed lots of delicious seafood from the area's seafood markets and restaurants. We highly recommend PARADISE!

The 2 girls from Aloha ripped off $750 from our deposit because of outrageous lies (excessive cleaning time based on imaginary stains, remote control allegedly lost, electrician fees because a TV was simply unplugged, cost of BBQ gas tank we used only 2 times during our stay).
Besides, a toilet was broken and never repaired during our stay and we found the kitchen dramatically underequipped due to the size of the house (no salad spinner, no sharpened knife, no champagne bucket... we even had to buy a large cooking-pot and a flower vase).
When leaving, we asked to leave the house early afternoon instead of 10am. They asked $300 for this although we learned that there was no guest after us the same day.
In short, we were expecting a much better service and a fair treatment for the high price we paid.
Their website says "Put your valuable time in our trustworthy hands:" We found that this is only a bunch of words here !

We always check-in our guest personally, which has been in this case at 10 pm – No problem.
The guest seems to be not in the best mood, which is more than understandable after a long flight, so I explained the most important things and offered to return the next morning.
This was declined, but I was told that they wouldn’t accept the Keurig coffee machine and I purchased a simple coffee machine at the same night.
Days later we received a call that a toilet seems to not stop running. This is a new build home and everything was working perfectly upon arrival of the guests, but things can happen.
We checked and were not able to fix it, so we called the service immediately and close to the holidays got an appointment 2 days later.
Sadly, this appointment was canceled and postponed another 2 days because of illness in the plumbing company. I called the tenants and let them know but they said they don’t mind.
I asked them if we should try to get another company over the holidays, but the wife told us they have 3 other working bathrooms for the 2 of them.
At the time of the visit, I noticed that they had moved big furniture pieces as well as a wall mounted TV to different rooms.
They told me they needed way more silverware, plates, a super sharp knife, a champagne cooler and other items, since they would give dinners for multiple people each night. An understandable wish, though never asked during multiple successful rentals, I went and purchased all of this and brought it to them the next day.
Everything was explained, mutually agreed, accepted and signed off on. The house and rental agreement quotes that a late check out can be arranged and booked for a fee as it is in Hotels.
The mentioned charge of $ 750 breaks down in these amounts:
electrical usage with Tax beyond included rate: $ 374.00,
grill cleaning fee: $75.00,
exchange propane tank: $45.00,
get new TV remote (one was missing): $50.00,
Call service technician to get moved TV working: $90.00,
Deep cleaning of dining chairs and couch: $80.00.
Bank Fee for wire transfer: $50.00.
We feel responsible to always respect our tenants and home owners needs and rights, and act fair and with due diligence.
