Village house located in the old part of Oliva with stunning sea and mountain views. Oliva is situated midway between Valencia in the north and Alicante in the south, and has the benefit of being on the coast. 5 light, airy bedrooms will sleep 10 comfortably, the main double bedroom having its own spacious dressing room and luxury ensuite bathroom. The spacious lounge is beautifully furnished and leads out to one of the 3 terraces and the pool. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and there is a small laundry area which leads to a further bathroom. The sun terraces are large and spacious and are ideal for sunbathing, barbecues and recuperation after a hard days walking or swimming. The beautiful award winning beaches are 10 minutes drive away and the weekly market and fiestas are superb! The local bar 'Pelut' is 2 minutes away and serves traditional food and the local shops, bars and restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk. This is a fabulous property ideal for a perfect holiday.

Valencia City: You can take a train from Gandia up the coast to Valencia city, the third largest in Spain. One of Valencia's most raved about attractions is the baroque Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas. The façade is extravagantly sculpted and the inside is just as outrageous. The Museo de Bellas Artes ranks among the best museums in the country and contains works by El Greco, Goya, Velázquez and a number of Valencian impressionists. The Instituto Valenciano Arte Moderno (Institute of Modern Art) houses an impressive collection of 20th-century Spanish art. Walk up the tower of Cathedral (left) for amazing views of the city. Linger in the beautifully preserved Gothic area and enjoy the smells and sights of Spain's largest indoor food market. Valencia really is a delightful city, with its numerous shops, café-theatres, bars, restaurants and flower-stands, but it is also forward thinking. An amazing new City of the Arts complex has just been built.

Lovely spacious and well-equipped house. Amazing pool and private garden which were wonderful places to relax. We really appreciated all the helpful information on local things to do and the books and games to borrow. Oliva is a great town which felt `authentically Spanish' and unspoilt by tourism and we became regulars and the Bar Pelut! We will be back!

Great location but dirty house

I was told there was 5 seperate bedrooms in fact 2 rooms are only separated by an arch with no door , you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other unsuitable for sharing there was 8 of us and 2 of the group could not share , the owner was aware of this but failed to mention it to me also the owner requires you to leave 55 euros for cleaning the property when you leave, we arrived and the house was extremely dirty all surfaces were covered in dust , fans were covered in thick dust , dead ants in kitchen cupboards and all over the floors, we spent the first day of our holiday cleaning , I wouldn't have left the 55 euros but the owner had a security deposit from me, so I had no choice, I did inform the owner straight away of the problems , and again on my return I sent several emails before I finally got a response, which tried to explain why the property had problems , they did send a pool man round to check the pool whilst we were there and in response to my emails he apparently said the house was clean of course it was we spent all day cleaning it , I am a well travelled person and believe you get what you pay for and I am always fair when writing reviews I even gave the owner ample time to respond to my complaint before writing this , on an upside the property is in a great location close to bars and the town centre

Great Holiday

We wanted a base on the Costa Blanca for a 2 week family holiday......we hardly left Oliva!

This apartment is situated up in the old town, very quiet and peaceful, but just a stroll down the windy cobbled streets to some great bars.

The Villa itself was GREAT! Good sized pool, very private with some beutiful gardens (and a LEMON tree).

Perfect for a family/groups of couples. Seperate villa by the pool situated within the grounds. Some lovely beaches dotted around as well.

Will definitely be returning here!

Magnifique maison

Super maison idéalement situé, au calme et ombragés.

Tout commerce à proximité et plage à 45 min à pied ..

Le restaurant juste à côté est très bien et pas cher et ils sont très gentils..

Le bar oli-ba-ba est à 10min en voiture et je recommande

On c'est vraiment bien amusé !!!

Je recommande cet endroit.

Nestled between the orange groves in the heart of the Costa del Azahar Oliva is in a perfect location for a Spanish holiday. The old town is a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with white washed Spanish town houses. A walk around the town will bring you to gardens, fountains & monuments as well as some fabulous architecture & the beautiful blue domed churches of St. Roc & Sta. Ana. The Oliva Nova Golf Course designed by Seve Ballesteros is 15 mins drive away & is rumoured to be one of the best courses on the Costa Blanca.
