The apartment building lies between the Croisette and its beaches, and Rue d’Antibes, the main shopping street, on the other. With these two central points of Cannes on either side, the Palais des Festivals is also as close as five minutes by foot.
This 54sq m elegant apartment is fitted to a high standard, with fully fitted kitchen for self-catering including dishwasher. The apartment can sleep up to four people very comfortably, and is particularly quiet, located at the back of the building overlooking two courtyards. The apartment has air conditioning and central heating through out, with wall-mounted digital TV and broadband, washing machine and dryer. It is a special feeling to step out on to the street in the morning, and to choose between turning left towards the shimmering Mediterranean , or right to the shops of the Rue d'Antibes, the Place Gambetta market and bakeries.

Having stayed in about twenty apartments in Cannes, this is by far the best. It's clean, centrally located, nicely decorated and the host is super nice. We will be back!

Lived up to all expectations
The location was excellent, convenient to everything. The entrance & elevator were clean & modern.
The apartment was very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels & sheets all perfect & good quality. The lady who was the representative was most kind & extremely helpful.
The owner surprised us with a new drip coffee maker as well as with a Nespresso & a supply of fine coffee. We were very satisfied & would be happy to return.
A little gem in Cannes
Fantastic, safe, clean, quiet, well-outfitted apartment located 100 metres from La Croisette, public sandy beach, restaurants and Palais de Congress. Monoprix supermarket and bus and train station within a five minute walk. Just off shopping street Rue D'Antibes. Family of four stayed over Easter week and had a great time. Sunny with temperatures between 18 and 22 Celsius over the week. Met by Madame Sandrine who was gracious, kind and informative. Would definitely return.
The apartment was fantastic and suited our needs ideally
The apartment is in a superb location just off the Cannes beach front, close to the main shopping through fare and ideally located for both restaurants and bars, and all the amenities you are likely to need including supermarkets and the railway station with great connections to Nice/Monaco and the TGV to Paris if required.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and has all the facilities you'll need. The air conditioning was a God send.
Excellent Location in the Centre of Cannes
This is a very well located two bedroom on rue Mace, just off the famous shopping street rue d'Antibes and la Croisette. A perfect apartment for those who want to be in the centre of all the action. Stephen is very helpful and we look forward to renting this apartment again.
