A fabulous top 7th floor apartment (lift to all floors) with magnificent views from our balcony over Xeraco Beach and the Mediterranean Sea, situated on the Costa del Azahar, Orange blossom coast.The beautiful golden sandy Blue Flag beach is never crowded even during high season and is only 50 metres from the apartment - across the road, as you can see from the photos. In the summer months there are beach bars. Surf boards and other water sports equipment for hire. The best thing about this area is that there are no hotels on the Playa. All apartments are privately owned. The view from the balcony is like a picture postcard, as you can see from the photos. The beach stretches as far as the eye can see in both directions, north to Cullera 15 miles and south to Denia 25 kms. Benidorm is 50 kms from the Apartment along the AP7. The Playa is well served with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, play areas for the children, Medical Centre, Pharmacy, Police Station. The apartment sleeps 6. Master Bedroom with double bed and en-suite, 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2nd bathroom, Lounge and Dining Area, Kitchen, Utility Area and a large sunny balcony with table and chairs overlooking a fantastic Blue Flag Sandy Beach. A private communal pool, gardens, sunbathing area, private gated designated covered car parking.
Further Details : Further south about 50 minutes along AP7 motorway is the famous resort of Benidorm just inland is the Terra Mitica theme park with all the usual rides, water park and bird world. El Vergel Safari Park is just off the N332 beyond Oliva. You can use the AP7, Junction 61 onto the N332 towards Alicante and follow the signs. Cullera water park is about 35 minutes north along the N332 again follow signs. All the above attractions are great fun and very enjoyable for both little and 'big' children. Gandia, the Grau (port) has a lively nightlife, and the bars stay open till late.
GOLFING: The prestigious Oliva Nova Golf Course is within a 40 minute drive from the apartment along the N332. This golfcourse was designed by Seve Ballesteros, is reasonably priced and boasts an excellent clubhouse with restaurant and driving range. Nearby La Sella (Denia) & Javea golf courses offer excellent facilities.
For golfing enthusiasts there are many excellent golf courses in the area. In Valencia located on a narrow stretch of dunes and dense pinewoods separating the Albufera Lagoon from the Mediterranean Sea is El Saler Golf Course, ranked among the Top 10 in Europe and Top 100 in the world. The adjacent Albufera Lagoon is a vast expense of brackish waters and rice paddies, which is also a nature reserve full of birds and wild life. Other courses in and around Valencia of note include, Club de Golf Manises, Club de Golf El Bosque & Club de Golf Escorpion.

Es un apartamento grande y agradable con una terraza y vistas inreibles a la playa de Xeraco. el apartamneto cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Está muy bien situado y al lado de la playa. La propietaria muy seria y agradable fácil de comunicación a pesar de estar en U.K. Repetiremos seguramente.
It is a nice big apartment with a terrace and inreibles Xeraco beach views. the apartment has everything you need to stay. It is conveniently located and close to the beach. The contact with landlady was friendly and effective.

Llegamos al apartamento el sábado 23/07 y todo estaba limpio y en perfecto orden.
La situación es muy buena, a dos minutos de la playa. Se hecho se ve la playa desde la terraza.
Está preparado con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Hasta secador de pelo! Todo funciona bien.

The appartment is perfect for a holiday. When we arrived all was cleaned and prepared for our stay. Everything works well and you can even find a hairdryer!
It is 2 min, if so, walking distance from the sea.

My friends and I had an amazing holiday out here in this lovely apartment. One of the best beaches we've ever been to as well having private parking and a pool.
The apartment is spacious and all rooms have a sea view and there are many restaurants, bars and shops within a short walking distance.
We also visited Gandia, which has a large shopping area and restaurant and bars. We'll definitely be back this year!

mobilier et des appareils ménagers de qualité, ce qui est très

La région est belle et regorge de beaux endroits à visiter.

We came across Xeraco by chance a few years ago, and vowed to go back. We were touring this year and thought this would be an ideal place for a week's rest and booked this apartment for a week. What a stroke of luck!
This apartment is in prime position, a few minutes walk from the vast sandy beach and is in superb condition, very well furnished and equipped. We found everything we needed -including a full kitchen and laundry.
Lots of places to eat within an easy level walk, mini supermarket next door in fact everything you could want.
The owners Maggie & Laurie couldn't have been more helpful, the agents are very obliging and only just across the road.
We shall be going back, as it is everything we want in a holiday and we recommend it unreservedly.
Very good apartment close to very nice sand beach with good space for up to 6 people (3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms). Well Maintained and very fine cleaning state. Very good service from the owner (by email) in advance.
The private pool and garden is OK fine, even though not too exotic compared to some of the neighbours.

Good basis for excoursions into the beautiful country behind. Here you find several small towns in the mountains.
Own (or rented) car recommended - rather long distance to a super market (1 km). Small shop with most needed food stuff is located in same building as the apartment, Several bars and restaurants are located within radius of 1 km. Since the apartement is on 7th floor the balcon is somewhat windy. No Aircondition in apartment, which can mean some very hot nights during summer time.
The dramatic La Safor mountain range forms the back drop to Xeraco Playa, several narrow roads wind through them to small typically Spanish villages.Xeraco Playa has no 'high rise' and most of the buildings are painted in pastel colours which gives an attractive art-deco feel to this modern resort.Xeraco Playa is a family resort with a romantic feel and a beautiful uncrowded sandy beach which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.There are many restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream parlours, beach bars, supermarkets, seaside shops, weekly market, medical centre and pharmacy.150mt from the apartment is a large recreation area for various sports.Children play areas with rides, trampolines are dotted along the Playa.Just outside the beach area is a night club open weekends only.Gandia Playa and Port, 5km south from the apartment has an excellent shopping centre with designer shops, restaurants, bars, night clubs,Carrefour hypermaket, a marina and yacht club.Gandia beach is about 4 kms long
Other Activities: The prestigious 18-hole Golf Course in Oliva Nova by Seve Ballesteros,15 km along N332 is reasonably priced and an excellent clubhouse and restaurant.
