This home is the answer if you want all the luxury of an expensive vacation, at an economy price! Beautiful tile floors cover casual areas and carpet enhances all bedrooms and living room. It has large private screened lanai that is equipped with a gas barbeque grill for making tasty steaks and sea food. The yard is nicely landscaped with numerous palms and flowering plants. There is a two car garage to shelter your vehicles.
The bedrooms all have high-end linens and plush towels. Each bedroom (3) has its own dresser and closet so you can move right in. Use the Washer and Dryer and pack light!
The Master Suite is luxury in itself. The Queen sized bed provides a great night’s rest and en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet provide both comfort and privacy. For those quiet evenings at home, you can relax in bed watching your own HDTV. The second bedroom is equipped with queen bed and HDTV and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
You can tour the area and visit the beautiful Sanibel, Captiva and Marco Islands, visit the rich and famous in Naples, stroll thru historic Ft. Myers or spend a pleasant day in Fort Myers Beach. For a trip back in time, be sure to visit nearby Pine Island and spend a delightful day in the quaint fishing village of Matlache. If you desire a longer road trip, visit Orlando or Miami are only 2 ½ hours away). The white sand beaches on the Gulf side are waiting to be enjoyed by you and your family.
You won't regret this vacation. Fishing from the dock is superb and Cape Coral beaches and the city pier are nearby. The price is low, so it books quickly!

We travel to Cape Coral several times a year The Location is close to everything.. Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, take your cup of coffee, and sit out on the lanai or dock. Awesome view of the water!

We stayed for the month of December, and found the house beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The yard, landscaping, and private dock are well-kept and attractive. Our favorite part was the screened-in porch overlooking the dock and canal. We sat out there every day and enjoyed the breeze.
The owners were very responsive, and their parents live next door and were very helpful with a Wi-Fi issue when we first arrived. They worked tirelessly to solve the problem, which was fixed within a couple days.
The only disappointment was that travel time through the canals to the Gulf is much longer than we expected. This is only a concern for fishing/boating on the Gulf.
Overall, this house is a fantastic value for the price, and we would definitely recommend it.
Our family (parents & two teenaged girls) stayed at this property for a week and found the home to be very clean, well maintained and in nice neighborhood. The owner, Pren, was a pleasure to work with, always prompt and pleasant to respond to questions.
We had planned on venturing out to different locations each day and this home was a nice location for doing that. It was nice to come home at night and be in a quiet location away from the traffic of the beach. We enjoyed sitting out by the canal and winding down after our adventure for the day. My husband and daughter also enjoyed casting a line or two from the canal patio and trying to land some fish.
If we make it back to this part of FL I would stay here again without any hesitation.
