With its open plan ground floor, generous lawn, and walkable distance
to the sandy beach of Binibeca; Karina is perfect for families and one
of our most popular Menorcan villas. Spacious and welcoming throughout,
the open plan living area features high beamed ceilings and French
doors that open onto a balcony with views over the pool, creating a
bright, airy space in which to relax together. The three bedrooms are
all air conditioned and have the convenience of their own bathroom, and
the well equipped kitchen gives you the option to enjoy relaxed dining
at your villa. Externally, the colourful garden and inviting pool with
whirlpool section creates an oasis which you will find difficult to
leave, but should you wish to explore, getting out and about could not
be easier. A fifteen minute stroll will take you to the village and
sandy beach of Binibeca and for a spot of retail therapy, the quaint
old fishing town of Binibeca Vell offers charming cobbled streets
inlaid with boutiques, shops and eateries.
Bedroom 3 is accessed via an external staircase.
Mobility information: To access the ground floor main living area there
are three steps or a ramp available. The main entrance doorway is 81cm
wide, and internal doors are 72cm wide. There are roman steps into the
pool and a seating area in the pool.

Das Haus hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt
Größe von Haus und Anwesen sehr gut. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gut gepflegt. Lage des Hauses ist etwas außerhalb des Dorfes in einer Sackgasse. Nasszellen waren leider schimmelig. Die Badezimmertür eines Bades lässt sich nicht mehr komplett schließen,dadurch, dass Feuchtigkeit das Holz verzogen hat.Das ganze Haus inkl. der Schränke riecht muffig. Die Küchenschränke sind teilw. defekt. Das Haus war bei Bezug nicht gründlich gereinigt worden, so dass z.B. Badutensilien gar nicht benutzt werden konnten.
Insgesamt wäre eine Renovierung des Hauses oder ein Austausch von diversen Möbeln angebracht.
Zur Zeit befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrere Baustellen, deren Lärm einen Aufenthalt im Freien einschränken.
Binibeca is in the Golden Triangle of Menorca away from busy hotels yet only 15 minutes drive from the port side restaurants of Mahon and Es Castell. Well worth a visit too, is the nearby town of San Luis with its many fine restaurants and market square. The resort of is made up of two separate areas; Binibeca Vell, which was designed by the famous Catalan architect, Antonio Sintes, in the 70’s to look like a genuine old Mediterranean fishing village with a maze of narrow alleys, Moorish arches, whitewashed houses with sun-soaked patios, and a little harbour. It’s a quaint, quiet and laid-back place with restaurants, bars, shops and squash courts. In contrast, Binibeca Nou has a gorgeous, sandy beach with sufficient space for sunbathing. It is 130m in length and 180m wide having fine golden sand and still waters, making it ideal for children. Low mountain vegetation surrounds the area and it is well sheltered from the sea by a large jutting rock and sand dunes to the rear.

Bookings can only be made from Friday to Friday. A 25 % deposit is required by credit / debit card at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. (A Credit card processing fee of 2% applicable - No charge for Debit cards) Rental rates include water, gas, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, linen and towels (except beach-towels).
