Second-floor loft bedroom with the same amazing views, a flat
screen HD TV and built-in clothes storage space.
First-floor den with flat screen HD TV and convertible sofa which
sleeps two people on a comfortable queen mattress.

NOTE: the pictures and Video were taken before we put the teak furniture on the deck. We have a teak table, 2 teak chairs, 1 teak lounger, 1 teak low chair, and a built in bench.
Also, there are TWO houses on the beach here. One behind the other. The RENTAL is behind and above the front one.

Beach: We are on a wet beach, which means that at high tide there is usually no beach in front of the house. The tides change about every 6 hours (high to low) and the times change about 30-60 minutes everyday. Even in high tide, you can usually find some sand a few houses up the beach or a short stroll to County Line Beach next door. Almost always during low tide , there is beach/sand in front of the house.
Location: Note that we are just past the Ventura County line.

We fell in love with the beach, at the end of Malibu. Close to Los Angeles, yet when you are relaxing on the deck gazing at the sea, you feel miles away from everything. A dream location with breath taking views. It starts from the moment you enter your Malibu getaway, from early morning sunrise, to spectacular sunsets and magical moon beams across the ocean floor at night.
We love to cook and always have wonderful meals on our deck. We enjoy having our good friends and family visit and we celebrate each lovely day of beach activities & memorable evenings together.
No better way to explain this house besides perfect the view is beautiful the house itself great extremely quite and private amazing house don't even second guess it seeing the Dolphins and the whales were very exciting keep a look out for them
My Husband and I, plus 2 dogs had a wonderful time! Perfect location to relax on the sun deck and stroll on the beach. We saw dolphins too! The home is well stocked with everything you could need. The beach is your backyard and private but close enough to to a public access so you can watch the locals surfing! Wonderful time and owner, Morrie, is very helpful and attentive-Thank you!
This was the perfect place to spend a romantic Valentines Day weekend. This place has everything. Parking (check) Steps from the Beach (check) Beautiful View (check) the list goes on. The kitchen is amazing. We cook a lot and they have everything you need, plus A DISHWASHER. The fridge is a bit small, but it worked for this 5 day trip. Morrie was super helpful before we even checked in. Everything was thought out. Check in was seamless. He was even able to let us extend our trip at the last minute. If you are looking to get away from everything, this is the place. It gets a little hot when the sun comes into the A Frame, but their is a nice airflow with the windows and the ceiling fan. We've rented a ton of places in Malibu and this place was perfect. Highly recommended.
We loved our stay at this private beach location. It was really chic and represented well from the images online as well as it own You Tube video.
It was great for our family of four and our Standard Poodle. It was a great find for the winter holiday break (many locations were not available as units were being used for extended family over the holidays)
The communication with the owners was seamless and easy--they were flexible with our date requests as well as contact numbers we never needed to use.
The home had good security for our family (it's off PCH a busy road) it had a locking garden gate as well as a gate that locked to the beach.
All the finishes were very up to date and stylish in grey and white. The kitchen was very workable and appreciated that all the basics for cooking (spices and oils etc) were there.
The location at the beach is phenomenal ! Hearing the waves at night and seeing them with the spotlight on were terrific. We made fires nightly which was easy. Every thing was well stocked and clean on arrival.
We would love to go back. I would recommend the place for no more than four guests. It is off busy PCH so plan on quick exits and drives in.
There is a terrific new shopping center a few miles north call Trancos Country Mart that is great for grocery and Starbucks.
Know that this location is at the North end of Malibu.

This Awesome A-Frame beach house is the perfect location to take advantage of relaxing in the Malibu area. The house itself is immaculate and exceeded my expectations. The well equipped kitchen is a huge plus for me, it is wonderful preparing foods with a view that would knock your socks off. My favorite time of day is sunset. We always make sure we are home every day to catch the beautiful sunset off the private deck. I am very happy that I found this property. The owners provide substantial information regarding local attractions, restaurants, shopping and my favorite, the outdoor food market. The owners are very communicative and create a very "home" feeling in addition to the fact that they are great to deal with. I highly recommend this property for adults who want to escape the "rat race" of their life/jobs/responsibilities because the serenity of the ocean and the occasional sounds of marine life (mornings) will sooth the "beast" in anyone. This property is also THE most romantic place you can imagine to celebrate that special birthday, anniversary or just relaxing with the love of your life.
We scheduled our visit a year ago but had to cancel. Morrie worked ,all year,with us to find a new time that fit our schedule . We are so happy we made it. Quiet and private .The sound of the waves is therapeutic . The Pacific looking out over the loft the mountains out the bedroom windows. You can see the Channel Islands right from the deck. County Line and Leo Carrillo beaches for surfing or just walking the beach. A fun drive to anywhere . Great Place. We will be back. Great owners . Thank You Morrie we felt right at home.
