Stayed in a condo with no air for more than 3 days of 5
The condo was ok it needed to be swept to get sand off the floors. The air did not work when we checked in on Thursday and it took them till Sunday morning at 10 am to get someone over there to fix it. My husband has asthma and he was miserable staying in a room that was 78 to 81 every night when he tried to sleep. I explained that to the company on Thursday night and 3 times on Friday and never heard from them again till Saturday afternoon they sent a message stating someone would be there on Sunday morning. We were checking out on Monday morning at 9 am. This was our vacation that we expected to have a great place to stay in and it was not pleasant at all. I just would have thought they could get someone over there on Friday morning. Florida is hot and coming into a hot room was awful.

Air conditioning did not work
After numerous calls the next morning, our air was still not working and we didn’t get an updated report as to what was going on. After lunch the second day, a security guard came to see what was going on. She said the owner of the unit lived next door. She knocked on the owners door and got her involved. The owner came in the room and said she learned it was frozen. Again we were never updated to the progress of our situation. Our room was still hot. The owner bumped up the thermostat saying it would thaw out. We went out to eat that night and upon our return it still was 81 degrees. We turned the fan on and it thawed. The next day it froze again. We did not have air conditioning in August and it appeared that no one cared even after making all of the calls to report it.
The setting on the thermostat kept being bumped up which indicated that someone had control over the setting.
It was very frustrating. We do not plan to return.

Perfect for the 3 of us!
We loved condo 1900! It was just perfect space for our little family of three. Maybe the paint on walls needs updating, a fresh new clean look. Other than that, we saw nothing wrong with it!! We will be back!!

Perfect Couple Retreat
Great room and space for my wife and I durning a long weekend getaway. Only negative is the WiFi didn’t work when I needed to do some work and I had to deal with phone calls to try and fix and never got resolved. The hot water also didn’t last very long at all, and the bed wasn’t super comfortable, but we managed. But other than those 3 things the room is nice.

Good property just needing a few changes.
The room is a perfect size for 2.
-Comfortable bed, nice furniture, great shoreline (not beachfront) view.
-good location, easy parking, quiet, blackout curtains.
Things to change for the future...
-consider using a different cleaning service. The dishes were dirty and had food stuck to them. We were frustrating paying a cleaning fee ourselves and arriving to have to clean dishes that had old food stuck to them...gross.
-we ran out of hot water in the shower and had to take breaks other days between a person showering and another person needing to shower.
-we ran out of toilet paper. there wasn't not enough stocked and we had to go out get some.
-we also were only giving 1 wristband instead of 2 and were threatened to be kicked out of the pool area...embarrassing.
-the towels are very low quality. thank you for supplying them though, but consider changing them, we are not high maintenance people but found ourselves laughing at how rough they were that they were.
all these issues are minor an can easily be changed.

Perfect location for Ironman
Beautiful view, comfortable room, gorgeous bathroom. Only problem, no stove so make necessary accommodations if staying in this room.
