About the property

Between Marbella and Estapona -indoor outdoor heated pool -gym and tennis courts

Villacana has to be one of the finest Macdonald resorts between Estapona and Marbella. It is a wonderful beach-side resort situated on 'the New Golden Mile' and generally regarded as one of the best complexes on the coast for a family holiday.It has a gated entrance with 24 hour security and your own parking. It is surrounded by well kept gardens with tropical plants.Puerto Banus and Marbella is about 15 mins. drive. It would be difficult to find a more spacious and luxurious complex at this price anywhere along the coast and certainly not in this area and location. We are also ideally placed to access the numerous nearby leisure and sporting facilities and to visit the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona, and the inland towns of Ronda, Casares and Benahavis (just fifteen minutes away and with excellent restaurants!) as well as the wonderful cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba. Within a short walking distance from Laguna village with its luxurious bars and shops.

From Malaga airport take N-340 towards Algeciras/ Cadiz for 3 km.Take exit E-15 A-7 Algeciras by pass the coastal towns of Torremolinos & Benalmadena.On the three lane Mountain highway descending towards Fuengirola you take two routes.

1.Marbella/Algeciras AP-7 (toll-road)or

2.Fuengirola A-7 coast road by-pass Fuengirola, Marbella, San Pedro. Outside Marbella,stay to the right,pass through the tunnel,pass Puerto-Banus on the left,proceed straight towards Sen Pedro. The resort is few km after San Pedro on the left.Go towards Estapona,take the exit of PARK (do not use the previous exit as it its blocked now for renewing) (it made be complete now,look out)At the round about,turn right so you will drive back to San Pedro,take the third main exit(nearly a head you will see a signpost on the right saying "cambio de Sentido 500m") on your right and carry on the side road following the signs for the resort Albayalde,turn right at the bus stop. The resort Villacana is on your right.

you will be supplied with the Pre-arrival booking form from us ,please take it with you and present it to the receptionist. There is a car park there. The receptionist will charge you the refundable security and give you the keys,show you how to get to the Townhouse and the appropriate car park.

When you check out they take the electricity reading to determine the usage and charge you at the receptionist.

Town house floor area of 110 sq.m .It has just been fully refurbished with marble floor and furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout creating a luxurious, cosy and homely atmosphere. It has a very spacious and comfortable lounge-diner, with 2 sofas, 6-seater dining-table, fireplace, satellite television, video, DVD . French doors open to the south facing private terrace .Park your car and walk into the town house.The en-suite master-bedroom has a new and very comfortable king-size bed, and lovely views. The second en suite bedroom has two new and very comfortable single beds, with views of the gardens. The large and very new kitchen is extremely well-equipped and fully-fitted. Linen is changed once a week and cleaned.

Other Activities: Entertainments for both adults and children on the resort.

There are indoor and out door swimming pools, tennis court, a small supermarket, cafe and a restaurant at the resort.

El apartamento está bien falta uno de los baños en la parte de abajo y el patio algo pequeño y encajonado no corre el aire da sensación de angustia
