We so admired the park and lake views of the homes on this street when visiting the grandkids.
We come from a very rurual area so the shopping and cultural events are a real pleasure
This was our first trip to Texas visiting our daughter and her husband that just moved to Round Rock from California. We picked this house because of it's close location to their apartment and wanted to make sure that we could have the dogs come visit also. The house was even nicer than the pictures. It was spotless clean and the backyard was great for grilling and we had our morning coffee out there watching the squirrels everyday. Aaron and Julia were wonderful. I only wish it wasn't booked for our next trip to Round Rock, probably because it is so nice and COZY!!
My husband and I were visiting our children in Georgetown. We had 2 grandchildren with us. The home was just perfect and contributed to a great vacation. It was extremely clean with everything you could possibly need. Across the street was a lake and a playground. Great place for kids. The owners were very responsive to our needs. The only drawback was there was only one bathroom and one TV. It worked out just fine and we enjoyed each other's company instead of TV.
We visited Round Rock twice and stayed at this home each time while looking to buy a home in the area. We found this cozy home to be wonderfully accommodating for us. We had a fully equipped kitchen so that we could prepare our own meals, as well as a full laundry which was extremely helpful because of the length of our stays (three weeks total).
This home is furnished in a welcoming style, with rockers in the media room and a quiet room for reading and relaxing at the front of the house. This home welcomes pets, and our cat and our dog were very comfortable here also. We had access to a vacuum and cleaning supplies so that we could maintain the home during our stay.
For outdoor time, there is a nice, shaded back yard with lawn chairs and a fenced space at the back of the house. Across from the house is a beautiful park beside a lake, where we walked each day with our dog. Having access to green, natural space while we stayed at the home was a huge benefit for us.
Lastly, the owner was gracious and hospitable providing assistance as needed during our visit, while at the same time offering complete privacy. We would highly recommend this lovely home setting for work or play visits to the Austin area.
This home is in a very nice neighborhood with easy access. It was a peaceful couple of weeks for us.
Personally I would like to have local TV available and ESPN, but I was able to use the wifi to access Xfinity and get most of the programs I wanted on my lap top.
Thank for a wonderful home and for accommodating us when we had to leave early due to a family emergency.
We stayed March 14 -25, 2016
