If you are looking for a 3 bedroom house in a great location with amazing views and uncrowded beaches this is it! Your own private beach on the bay to watch the sunrises, shorebirds and dolphins literally at your back door. Sunsets, gulf beaches and surf just a short walk and two fishing piers within a five minute walk.
The house has been updated and is well furnished and decorated. The master bedroom is up a spiral staircase so if you have mobility issues it may be a problem, otherwise the master suite is great! The downstairs bedrooms are small but well suited for children. The kitchen had everything we needed but lacks counter space. There is a great laundry room with 2 dryers and a fish cleaning station.
Overall this house is a great value with an unbeatable location. We will be back.
As regular visitors to Anna Maria this is the first time we have stayed in a beach front house we were not dissapointed. House was great very clean and well maintained had a homely beachy feel to it with all the ameanities you need for a comfortable stay. Outside area was fantastic with shade from trees in afternoon if wanted. We were able to fish directly from the shore outside or walk 5 minutes either way to one of the piers.
Views were fantastic especially from mater bedroom and the Florida room. Bean piont was a 5 minute stroll to watch the stunning sunsets or you could enjoy beautiful sunrises from the decking .Steve Bark real Estate were very helpful with any problems we had.
Hope to rebook this house for next year as soon as possible.
This house on North Shore Drive was absolutely perfect! Nestled between 2 piers (City Pier and Rod and Reel Pier) and with a huge shade tree in the yard, we were in paradise on the beach. Great part of the beach to play in. We kayaked, rode bikes and watched dolphins every day. The house itself was very homey and well decorated. We didn't feel crowded at all, and everything was very clean and updated throughout the house. We can't wait to visit "our house" again!
Take note, you can only get to the second floor suite, which is lovely, by a winding narrow staircase.
Very enjoyable few days. Great location with views of Tampa Bay, Skyway Bridge. Ships, sailboats, dolphins, lots of birds. People passing by, but not crowded. Walk down the beach to the Bayfront Park. Sit on deck or swim right out front.
House comfortable and well equipped. Spiral staircase to master bedroom was a surprise and not convenient for the elderly. Not HP accessible because step up into house from driveway.
Bedrooms downstairs small, but adequate. Only complaints: fabric in deck chairs ripped and no screens on bedroom windows.
Beautiful weather with cooling breeze and lots of sunshine.
