Labor Day Weekend Getaway

This property has a beautiful view and a great location. They are in the process of making upgrades which will improve the overall appearance. The upstairs is great and the porch magnificent! My husband and I, our 2 kids and their friends had a blast boating and playing games! It was perfect for us!

Delightful and Comfortable

For a reasonable price, we had a wonderful big house to ourselves!!! In addition to an incredible view and private cove to swim in, we felt very at home and comfortable. The place is cozy and kept up nicely. We hope to be back! Thanks again!!

Close to Duke power state park which has a beach and mountain bike trails. Good bike riding area. 40 minutes to Charlotte airport. 10 minutes to I-77. Quiet protected cove with deep water and stunning view. National White Water Training facility, mountain biking, and rafting just 35 minutes away. Winery tours in the area, 5 to 35 minute drive to their facilities. Only 40 minute drive to the Charlotte Motor Speedway! US Olympic Kayak training facility open to the public with river rafting, sip lining, wall climbing, etc just 40 minutes away! NC Nascar Hall of Fame just 15 minutes and Nascar Hall of Fame in Charlotte 40 minutes from the property. Incredible go kart track in the area as well.

Tax Rate 6.5%

Cancellation policy as follows: 90 days or three calendar months in advance shall receive a 50% refund minus the $250.00 dollar booking fee. 60 days or two calendar months or less will result in a no refund of all monies received. Butternut Family Trust will attempt to find another renter and mitigate your loss with a deduction of $500.00 booking fee plus expenses and loss revenue. More than one pet will be looked at on an individual basis.
Pet fee is a minimum of $75 or $25 per day which ever is applicable per pet unless prior arrangements are made.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
